6 We use Smith Brothers as a supply chain provider for our customers. We own a small flower and meat farm in the area, they always provide prompt service and tremendous product! Would highly recommend!

Ashley provided the best customer service! We have been repeat customers for years but this time we had a problem with a certain mulch, my little boy got hurt on it after only having it a week - which was probably just a freak accident but still traumatic for us all as it required stitches. Needless to say I just wanted it all gone for my own peace of mind. I don’t know if Ashley is a mother but she completely empathized with me like one and took care of the situation, replacing the mulch with something softer that I feel much better about having around my kids.
Great service, and great prices. We've had Chuck deliver our dirt that last couple of years and he is such a great guy and very polite!
I had them deliver a truck of their sweet peat a few weeks ago and it was terrific. People are very nice over the phone and the delivery driver as well. They were accommodating with the delivery. I went with them again for topsoil a week ago as I was happy with the first experience. The person over the phone and driver were both great again. It’s advertised as screen to a uniform texture. Not so true for the topsoil. It looks like someone ground up clay as most of it is #8 gravel sized and it’s loaded with boulders as pictures of clay hunks. Maybe I’m out of touch with expectations but I didn’t expect coconut sized boulders throughout a pile of screened soil. I have a solid hunk of clay the size of a football with the excavator bucket teeth marks in it. Ended up using it as overpriced fill dirt. I guess some of that is on me since there seems to be a couple reviews about the topsoil that I didn’t see before I ordered mine.
Smith Brother’s donated a wonderful basket filled with gardening supplies, a gift certificate, & a beautiful bird house feeder to the Animal Affair, the annual fundraiser for Medina County SPCA. It’s wonderful to see businesses that care!
