Dr. Smith office is amazing. My son got his braces a few years ago the quality of care has exceeded my expectations. We received a detailed treatment plan and it was throughly explained. Dr. Smith has you sign a plan that you be on time to all appointments but She respects you're time as well. The wait is rarely long. I appreciate this so much because as a single mother who works full time jungling work & appointments is not easy. Thank you for the professionalism as well as quality care.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Smith she is so sweet along with everyone else in there! She takes good care of her patients and take her time to explain everything, definitely a hard worker

Smith Orthodontics has the BEST and I mean best people there to care for you. I have been going there for awhile and everyone has been so nice and accommodating. To the people saying nasty comments, you really must have been having a bad day because everytime I walk in it’s all smiles:)

I started clear correct with Dr Smith a few months ago and it's honestly been the best experience. She's super helpful and the most caring person I've ever met. I highly recommend anyone who needs braces to come be seen by her. The staff is super friendly and goofy, but in the best way! The most down to earth office ever. I love how they play the most chill music, The DJ has pretty good music taste.

Do NOT put your child here. 3 years of a bad experience for my child, horrible customer service, inexperienced assistants and doctor, and they will keep your childs braces on for as long as possible to milk money out of you. Run away!

The staff and care here is incredible! Everyone is very personable and you can tell that they are intentional about their work.

I would give negative stars if I could. My husband (who is white) took our adopted daughter (who is black) to Smith Orthodontics after being referred by our dentist. They singled out my husband and daughter and demanded adoption certificates and my daughter's birth certificate before seeing them. They wanted to confirm he was her guardian. After the dentist referred us. Who takes a child to the orthodontist with a referral if they are not the parent? ! They said it was standard procedure but as my husband watched didn't require this from any of the other families in the waiting room. No other medical professionals have singled us out like this. Smith singled my family out in front of a full waiting room because of skin color. We are not ones to claim racism but my God that's exactly what this is. If she had been white, they wouldn't have questioned he was the father. They certainly didn't for the other families in the waiting room. They didn't interrogate the other families like ours. My daughter is already sensitive to the fact that we aren't the same color and she felt singled out and embarrassed in a place that she should feel safe. This is unprofessional and a disgrace. How dare you! If you have adopted children or you don't match your child's skin color, run far away from this place because you will be singled out and have to try to repair the damage like we are. We will also be reporting them to
Caresource. Smith Orthodontics is a racist, nasty organization. Stay far away. I certainly hope you go out of business. You are awful!
