Smithys did an excellent job helping me address my gas problem. When another company thought it was my gas pipes, Smithys came in and clearly let me know it was my water heater. They addressed the problem effectively and fixed me issue. Great service!

Al Smith was super helpful and cleared my pipe clog quickly. Roto Rooter wanted to charge me over double for the same fix. He was on time and knowledgable. I will contact him in the future for my plumbing needs.

Al was efficient, professional and explained the process and our options for our bathroom and plumbing issues.

Called Smithy's up after I had questionable experience with another local plumber. They sent Al Smith out the next day (no charge) to survey the damage, and provide an estimate on the $7k worth of work the previous plumber recommended. Al with 30+ years of experience explained to me exactly what had been done, what was recommended, and how he would approach the problem.

The next day Al came out and got to work on the clogged drain. Al was able to clear the clog without any demolition, and he explained exactly how he was able to do that. I was impressed with Al's expertise, ability to articulate the work that he was doing, and the fair price that he charged.

Smithy's and Al have earned a repeat customer, and although I didn't need the $7k work, I will be calling them for all future plumbing needs. Smithy's has great professionals, and a fair price, I cannot recommend them any higher.

I had Tom Drexler come out because I had blockage. They told me I had an collapsed pipe and I needed a spot repair cost $5,623. So I called Smithy’s Al came out the next day and looked over everything. Then the following day he unclogged the main sewer drain. No collapsed at all. Thanks Al for your day hard. I really appreciate it!

Al came to evaluate a plumbing issue we were having, he was the second opinion for the issue (1st opinion was roto rooter). Al was amazing! He explained every step of the way and educated me, it was super helpful. Saved us close to $12500! Roto rooter was going to charge us $130000 to dig up the ground and replace the pipes. Smithy’s (Al) saved the day! There were no collapsed pipes, no digging up needed. Thank you Smithy’s for being honest and wonderful to work with! Will be using Smithy’s again for any plumbing issues.

I had a realtor recommend this “company” to me but sure wish I had done some research on them before hiring them. What was supposed to be a simple shower replacement turned into a whole ordeal.
Al dropped the old shower door and shattered glass all over my driveway. I understand that maybe happens but should have made sure to completely clean it up which he did not even attempt.
The bathtub is next to the shower & was not supposed to be touched but tiles fell off it while Al was removing the shower. Instead of reattaching the tiles he just left the bathtub with damage that wasn’t there before. Not to mention a hole behind the toilet in the wall and trash of his I found stuffed in the walls.
When I contacted their “office” we were screamed at and blown off multiple days in a row after scheduling to come back. It got to the point I did not feel safe having them back so just accepted the new damage/ unfinished job/ huge mess that was left by Al.
Save yourself the money and hire a company that actually has their pluming/ contracting license. They refused to provide any sort of credentials when asked which says enough.

Al was really professional, he did a great job installing a pipe drain for my basement shower and finished the job like nothing happened. Excellent work!
