Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, Grove City OH

Me and my wife went to eat, server did not know it was her table walked by us 5 times before another server took our drink order. Then was told it was her table. Took our order and rang it in wrong and had to correct it. When the food came out it my wife's order was wrong had to correct it. Good food.

Food was good they messed up one of our orders but offered to take it off the bill. They were under staffed

Went when they first opened, was no one really there but it took a while to get food. Maybe just a slow start to the day. I enjoyed my food there though.

First time I've Had Smokey Bones. Was worth it and will be back.
Wade was our server, Was Knowledgeable of the menu items and checked up on us often. He recommended a few things, I tried them, was patient with us (me) as I didn't have a clue what I wanted. Again, Will be back and request to have him again.

Went there with my family customer service was great staff was short this particular day but they still were accommodating to my family needs. Never knew they had vegan vegetarian options.my

I frequent this marvelous restaurant once a month since I like the good air that is characterizes this restaurant. The personel is highly welcoming and professional. The service is exceptionally quick. Not to mention, the food they serve is magnificent. I have been there more than once and I was always joyful. The expense is modest. I recommend this place to all my friends.

We love Smokey Bones. Smokehouse Chicken dinner is our favorite! A must is the bag of donuts for dessert later!

Had ordered through Uber but couldn’t get driver to bring food. I thought it was a sign to just get something else. But I was interested so I went picked it up myself. THESE ARE BY FAR SOME OF THE BEST RIBS IVE EVER HAD! And I got them at 12 midnight around close time but the meat was falling of the bones. Definitely stopping by next time in Columbus/ grove city

Was there for the first time yesterday.got the fried pickles for started.then when I figure out what I wanted the plate also was served with pickles.ask if I could substitute sine I has already order the pickle.the server said nope can't do. Well hell. I thinks they could have maybe gave me more fries if I didn't want double pickles.guess I won't be going back

This place really closes at 1: 15. I walked in with expectations walked out hungry and thirsty. I got some story how they dont work the kitchen past 120 and lucky to get 1 beer. VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED.

Natalie was a professional and wonderful server! Wed been before but were not as impressed with the food. Seeing the changes in the menu we came back and are blown away. The chicken thighs and chicken legs were both so wonderful and juicy. The sides and samplers were also a wonderful surprise, and we were excited to hear burnt ends were back! The service we received from Natalie set the order and service over the top. She was so knowledgeable and professional, we will be telling everyone to sit in her section and try the chicken!

The food was not worth the price. Also the food came out all at different times. Our waitress was great.

We had a very large party. The servers were good but our food took forever and it was cold. My steak was bleeding and very chewy.probably wont be back.

Went the last week after we said we would not be back due to lackluster food. Well the food hasn’t changed after a 6 month absence. Who ever thinks that the food here is good is delusional. All of the food that we have had here tastes microwaved. Nothing tastes fresh! Service was not that great either. Will not be back.

1/4 chicken was rare, yes rare and small, cabbage in coleslaw was rotten, lettuce in salad was brown, gravy on mashed potatoes was separated and the grease was nasty.

Had an amazing experience. I've been blown away by Natalie and her service. We honestly thought that the food was good on her own, but the service and recommendations blew us away. From sauces, to sides, drinks, and even the recommendation on how to cook our turkey burgers. She was super professional and is the difference between good food and great service. Highly recommend based on her food recommendations and polite services!

First time there. We were there around 4: 30 on a Friday. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer and the portion was huge (enough for a meal for 2 people) and they were so good! My husband ordered a burger and fries and I ordered the pulled pork sliders that came with coleslaw and a pickle on top and they were delicious. We sat at a high top and the bartender was our server and her service was excellent! When we left there was a line waiting to be seated so I would assume it gets crowded in there as the evening goes on. The food, service and atmosphere were Awesome.we will be going back.
