Smoothie King, Mayfield Heights OH

This place makes me smile & gives me life, lol.but for real! I love ordering from here because even though they're busy they're still pretty fast, the smoothies are never watery & the prices are expected yet still reasonable because of their fresh ingredients! There's always a variety of ingredients & add ins from different protein choices to fresh, non-frozen fruits & veggies. Now the menu.o. M.g. Everytime I go I must try a new flavor & this time I highly recommend the "Island Impact" especially if you love mango! Overall I'm so glad the franchise came to Mayfield Heights & I give this place a 10 because it's hard to go wrong! See you all soon!

A few of my co-workers and I started doing smoothie Fridays a few months back since there's a cheaper price for the 24oz smoothies and I could not be happier with the service and quality of the drinks. It's a very friendly staff and I would highly recommend them!

I was a little skeptical about a smoothie shop chain but this place is amazing! I have only tried one smoothie the Daily Warrior and it tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to try the other smoothie blends.

I am just upset i have to drive all the way to the east side to receive it.i live on the west side of Cleveland which is kinda a distance.but it’s completely worth it! The staff is extra friendly and very knowledgeable.if you go on Friday and Order a medium size smoothie you’ll receive an additional smooth either discounted or free i believe! So TGIF smoothie king is the place to be. I forgot which smoothie i got but it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back when I’m around the area.

Very helpful, very friendly and very consistent with service and quality. Great at recommending something different or helping you pick when you aren't sure what you are in the mood for.

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at a Smoothie place.the girl at the register would speak to me, she whispered even after I asked her to speak up twice. I will say the tall guy who handed me my smoothie was nice but that was it. I was astonished there wasn't better service. It took over 15 minutes to get our 1 smoothie we ordered. Won't go back.

I haven't been to Smoothie King in years and the cashier took time to help me go through the menu for recommendations. The smoothie I ended up choosing was great and I enjoyed it.

Went here on a whim and had a great experience. Super clean and bright. Lots of options, the person who served me was really friendly and informative, and my smoothie was great.

The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful with choosing your smoothie. They have the best prices around also.

Last 3 times I've been here. My order is never correct. Just today when I ordered. They got it wrong. Had me waiting for about 20 minutes. About 5 customers came in after me. And got smoothies before I could even get my gladiator. Even took them additional 10 min to figure out how to refund my card. And didnt even offer me the smoothie at no cost. Probably wont be going there again for a while

I called 10 times to order 4 smoothies.
No answer. Literally.
Walk in while I'm calling on the last call and 3 employees inside and no customers.
Why have a Phone and tell people they can order

Our city is lucky to have the shop and such a friendly staff to assist customers. I recommend them to everyone I know.
