The place is beautiful, and it's a real treat to have Vicki do your nails. She is so funny and kind.

I got my nails done here today and they were unbelievably rude to me and over charged me for nails that were half done. I paid 70$ plus tip for my nails. I was yelled at due to not being able to hear the man who was doing my nails. They didn’t give me anything I wanted and my designs are faded in some spots. I solemnly believe I was judged on my attire. It’s sucks because I used to like this nail salon.

I’m not from Ohio so finding a nice place that is going to get my nails perfect and not over priced is always hard but I made the right choice choosing Sappy Nails
No complaints, very welcoming, joyful atmosphere, super friendly environment. Loved my entire experience and will forsure be back

So friendly! Also, it's by appointment only so it's not overcrowded. And it's very CLEAN! They ask you to wash your hands before they even start to work on you. I like that.

Visiting from out of town and found this cute spot! Great service and such a fun atmosphere. Had the best time and will continue to come back when I’m in town! 10/10 would recommend!

Did not get what I asked for. I explained at least 4 times how I wanted my nails and when he started to shape and cut them wrong I mentioned it and he shrugged and kept going. I called the owner after to give her a chance to make it right and she told me too bad…not for me: (

My aunt called to ask about pricing and was assured of the price over the phone. Once we were seated, they started trying to upsell and telling us certain polishes "wouldn't last" so we should use powder instead at a much higher rate, THEN told us that the pedicure they quoted over the phone was actually $15 more than they'd said. It is posted as one price on the wall, but they would not adhere to the wall prices. Also, they charge $20 more if you do get color on your manicures, something they tell you at the register after the service has already been done. They changed their friendly-ish attitudes with us quickly once we changed our minds on what to get after learning the real prices, and were no longer hospitable. Place was near empty the entire hour we were there, and I can see why. Poor, rude service, hidden pricing, and a very average job on both the mani and pedi we did get. So not worth it. We will not be back.
