The stylist (Miss Cricket) was patient and created a nice hair style while my child was crying hysterically and moving her head constantly. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out, the crew is really attentive and nice.
I love the kid's first haircut package - definitely recommend it!

I went and took my son who has autism the hairstyle was named was Tamara when I walked in she was very rude did not like the fact that my son was autistic she was not patient at all with him she is not trained enough to be working with children with autistic issues I work with Summit DD children and adults disabilities she needs to be reprimanded will not come back there very unprofessional

Rose was absolutely amazing! The staff today on Friday 12/15/2023 at 11: 30am was so kind and great with our son. We can not recommend them enough. We love snip it’s and will definitely be back to visit Rose!

Been coming here for 5 years, went today for the first time in like 8 months to take our youngest for his first hair cut and I regret it so much. I’ve never seen such a butchered haircut, the lady was so nice (Tamara) but the cut took 5 min and was so not structured, choppy, didn’t even cut all of his hair and ultimately looked like he got ahold of the scissors himself. Never going back, had to take him some where else where they were taken back by how bad of a cut it was. Waste of money.

Drove 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back for this (it's supposed to be a star) if you can't do design just say that. The other girl did a great job on my daughters hair though

Snip-It’s was once our go-to haircut location but I am sad to say the quality of cuts has gone down significantly over the last year or so. I can tell staffing has been an issue as many quality hair stylists have left. Today, we had a lovely person cutting hair but the cut was just not up to par. The cut is inconsistent and even after pointing out long spots, we will have to make some adjustments at home. The front wasn’t cut at all until I mentioned it was untouched. I am so disappointed and worry my sons hair may need to be buzzed to correct the issues. Beware! I wish I had read recent reviews before booking … I would have cancelled our appointment. Please consider going elsewhere.

Owner is responsive to reviews and tries to make bad experiences right. In the end, rating a salon is dependent on the barber/stylist. We have had great, good, and bad experiences here. But the owner’s responsiveness and the great employees get five stars.

We’ve come hear now for about a year and half and this was my least favorite cut. Rose had no idea how we typically do it even though the girls always read it from the notes from last time and do the same thing. I showed her a picture and it didn’t turn out much like the picture. When we got home we had to fix quite a few spots that were left super long and despite me saying short on the sides and longer on top it was all one length. Worst part was everytime my son moved his head she would completely stop nervously. I ended up holding his head in place so she could do it. We will definitely ask for someone else if we come back.

Brittany Leighton is the sweetest woman. So kind. Gentle with the kids. Did a great job.
There are 2 other woman that are loud and constantly yapping. Annoying. I go on Tuesdays when it's only Brittany. She is the best!

The owner, Samantha is very customer centered and I appreciate her valuing client relations and satisfaction. Additionally, Danicia is fabulous and I always try to go to her for our haircuts. She does a wonderful job and really takes her time in making my toddlers haircut look so nice! I am grateful for their professionalism and talent.

They have a lot of patience! Our 2 year old screams Everytime but they tune it out and get it done. Very clean establishment! Great prices!

I took my daughter kensley’s in a week or so ago. She has very tangly long thick hair and mornings and bathtime are super stressful. Krystal was fast but professional and the haircut was a very cute and she knew exactly what products to use at home. I just started using the glitter stuff for the knots it’s amazing! Normally I can’t even get a brush threw her hair after swimming or bath time! I would definitely recommend Krystal and the Hudson Snip it’s to a friend thanks guys!

We have been going for a year and a half now and I think we’re done after Friday’s experience. We attempted to call and reschedule our appointment an hour before and Krystal answered and asked if she could call us back before even getting to hear what we were calling about. We said that was fine but then she never even asked for our number to call back and hung up. We knew we weren’t getting a call back. We decided to just keep our appointment and went in. When we got there we were the only ones there. Krystal immediately began complaining about the phone calls they’ve been getting today and how she wants to be “present” during cuts so she’s not sure how people expect her to answer the phone. We then told her we were one of the calls and that we were calling to try and reschedule for tomorrow and she said “you should’ve called back. I could’ve left earlier. ” Super unprofessional. She rushed through our sons entire haircut and it looks awful. It’s not blended it’s choppy but honestly with how little interest she showed in our son and his haircut, I didn’t want her to keep going so I just let it go. I have another friend who has gone for just as long as we have there and got Krystal and said the same thing about her experience so this wasn’t just a “bad day”. Needless to say we are done there.

When is this place under the new owner management? I know I should call earlier to ask about the haircut passes I bought before (long time ago). I understand the new owner didn't get the money, so she would not let me to use it. But whoever answered the phone today, even didn't let me finish talking or saying bye, just hung up. I thought she wanted to say something after she checked out the customers. I know new owner has a different policy, but at least, the old owner could notice us about this situation. Give the deadline to use it. I don't think I would come here again even I drive pass by Hudson.

Since the new ownership switch this has been a horrible experience.my mom brought my son in for a haircut and they walked into the salon, it took someone 15 mins just to acknowledge them.then proceeded to be extremely rude and disrespectful saying appointments only online that they couldn’t help them. 1 staff member was sitting doing nothing… she asked if Alyssa or Melissa were there and they laughed at her.my son is already nervous when it comes to haircuts… thank god we found Alyssa by chance at another salon! We will never be back to snip it’s… miss the old owners
