Snip Salon, Maumee OH

Been with the stylist for 5 years, she could never get my hair right but I stayed with her cause she is nice. Got my hair cut and highlighted for my big birthday gift to myself and she chopped it up and you cant even see the highlights. I contacted her for her to say she will only give a small discount mind you I spent over $120 tip included for 2 and half hours of service of nothing. And she said she is done with me and cant make me happy. Prices are to high to much time in the chair for nothing! Such a way to treat your clients! So very disappointed in you Lyndsey

Meghan cuts my hair exactly as I wanted her to. She only glanced at a picture for one second and knew exactly what I needed done she's really great at her job

Went in for a haircut and the stylist was running about 10 minutes behind. She seemed thoroughly disgusted with my thick hair. I asked for a trim. I wanted it shoulder-length. She used an electric razor to trim my hair. It was not a trim. It was super short. Then she made me sit in the chair while she took her next client. She eventually came back to me and i left. I was so upset about my hair. I later called and said i wanted to speak to the owner. The owner had cut my hair. I told her i wanted my money back and she told me no because i got my hair cut. She also told me it was my fault because i didn't tell the person who scheduled my appointment that i had thick hair. Horrible experience. Wont ever go back.

Everyone is very friendly. Prices are really good when you're out of fixed-income it's nice to be able to get your hair done and not freak out about spending half your months paycheck
