No handicap entrance available. I had an individual there to complete out an application for a new payee and upon entering he feel over the curb which resulted in a trip to the emergency room and 5 stitches. We returned to be told they wouldn't help us with the application and needed to make an appointment in Battlecreek. They took our documents and made an appointment. Battlecreek contacted us for the appointment and we were told Defiance failed to create a profile and up load the documents. Now, he several weeks behind schedule and he is receiving no income until the application gets processed. So much for trying to plan ahead. Wyatt from Defiance was the only reason we were able to find the documents that were misplaced by Defiance. Good job Wyatt.
