10Signed up for my Medicare Plan B today, and could not be more pleased with the service I received. This is a very busy time of the year, and they put me totally at ease. Thank you.
There are 3 women employees there that could care less about their professionalism. I cringe every time I end up at their window.
My husband and I went to this office to gather information regarding Medicare and Social Security benefits as this process is very overwhelming and daunting when one is trying to navigate and explore their options for the future. The Social Security representative, Christina was most professional, knowledgeable and informative as she answered all our questions. This office is most convenient as it is in proximity to our home, clean environment, wait time was minimal and the Social Security representative outstanding!
I received outstanding service both from the person on the phone and when I went to the office. Very helpful and thorough.
Went at about 11: 00 am on a Tuesday and waited maybe 20 minutes. Pleasant employee behind the counter made my stop in quick and easy. Also has its own parking lot, which is nice.
Where on earth is the drop box? Was turning something in and told there was a drop box inside the first set of doors which were locked but they are open. How do u drop something off if u can't get to said drop box? And where exactly is said drop box!?
The wait was minimal but the woman who assisted me just seemed angry. She wasn't "rude" just dismissive and non-communicative. Sat there typing on her keyboard with a scowl in her face. Is it really that difficult to smile and be cordial with the public you serve?
On hold 51 minutes. When "Todd" answered there was crackling and static and he said he couldn't hear me and said, "Call back at this same number. ' He then hung up.
Wait time was minimal, however however the women who assisted me very rude.maybe time for her to retire.
