Mr. Hershey was very knowledgeable with the process of signing up for my Part B benefit. He walk me through it step by step. He was able to answer all my questions I needed to know to prevent lapse in coverage.

As you enter you use a computer to answer some questions. The computer spits out your number. Ypu havr a seat and wait for someone to call your number. Staff is friendly and fast.

I also think reviews are not accurate. I had a phone call and not in person visit but the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful or kind. No problem at all!

I think the reviews on here are very dramatic. As long as you make an appointment online and make sure you have everything you need, you'll be good! I had a great experience and it went so quick. I didn't get the lady's name, but I was in window number 1, she was so sweet and kind.people just need to learn patience and respect, they are just doing their jobs there.

The absolute most rudest experience on the phone that I’ve ever had in my entire life. Literally, I’ve called this place four times and before I have a chance to get the words out the same lady hangs up on me four times in a row so as of today 10/10/23 they need to check their phone record starting at 9: 07am the first time she hung up on me and see since they say that it’s recorded for quality assurance that this lady is not actually answering peoples questions. She’s hanging up on them, that’s just ridiculous. If you’re not able to help somebody say ma’am, I’m sorry unfortunately at this time I can’t help you, but just deliberately hanging up on someone you don’t belong in customer service. At that point you need to go get a job somewhere else I really hope that they take a good look at the people that they’re hiring because that lady that’s answering doesn’t even say her name so you can’t be able to report her she just hangs up so if calls really are recorded, they need to fire her immediately And I will be making complaints online as well because that’s just ridiculous. I only called because the national number told me to give this agency specifically a call they gave me the number to call said they’re open now call them they can help give you answers

While the long wait time wasn’t ideal, the mobile check in and in person communication was phenomenal. Security Guard Hines was especially helpful in assisting me and other people with questions to keep the process smooth. The kindness of the security and the social security employees is appreciated!

The security officer stands over your shoulder with a notepad while you enter your personal information at the kiosk, talking about we're working on something. I'm sure you are.

Fix that SSA, that's not ok.

Long Crazy Wait. Just Wait Until U Talk To An Actual Employee. The Security Guards Love To Sit & Give Advice All Day But Don't Know What They Talking About, They Sit & Yell At Everyone About No Drinks & Silence Your Cellphone Meanwhile The Security Sits There Drinking Their Drinks & Playing On Their Phones. Do Better Or Teach Security To Focus On Their Specific Job & Not Try To Do Everyone Else's.

Long wait time to hopefully get to speak with an employee that knows English and has been trained or it's not worth the wait. This is what our nation is doing to hard working people. You can't get real help in the government offices!

My wife visited this location today to apply for social security. She could not have had a more pleasant experience. Her advice is, go early before they open and get in line. Once your number is called everything goes smoothly and the employees couldn't be more attentive and respectful. She was in and out in about an hour on a Wednesday.

Everything was going along until the man whose working my case called me on March 10 saying he needed another document for the case. I take it in on March 15 the lady who took the information and made a copy said it would get to the appropriate person the next day. Then on April 22 I received a voicemail from the caseworker saying he needs the document. Told me what to put on the envelope to put it in the drop box. I called left a voicemail on his line. I took the document in with envelope information and put it in the drop box on April 24. He said he'd send me a letter. That's the 2nd time he said that and I've never received a letter. This happened to me with food stamps years ago. Take the paperwork in they'd make copies but never got into my file and I lost my benefits and never went back. Gosh I hope he gets it and it goes through. I need this.

I've been calling for 7 days. Somebody keep picking up the phone and hanging up on me. Wow. Crazy if you don't like your job go find another one I don't know what's going on with the government buildings, but it seems like all of them are a mess, and nobody like they job there.

Yes, the wait is long, but if you accept that going in, you'll get your issues resolved. I had to file survivor benefits (can't do online) and didn't want to wait for a call to set up an appointment (the phone waits are even longer). I walked in at 1: 20, waited an hour, the rep I pulled couldn't file a claim for me, but said a claims specialist could help me in 20-30 minutes. I was already there, and of course it was 30 minutes, but I waited and the claims guy was great, did the application for me (bring the proper documentation like I did), gave me more information on retroactive pay than I was aware of, and I left at 4: 00. Very pleased with the experience, lot of complexity to Soc Sec, glad I invested the time.
