3Everything about the office was very nice. Mary was the sweetest lady to talk with over the phone and helped me with everything many calls we talked on and got everything figured out. Had some laughs and great conversations. Highly recommend Dr. Sofia McCotter! I went to the Milford location to have a 25-week glucose test during pregnancy and the experience was fantastic! The staff of this quiet little office is friendly and helpful (especially the nurse drawing blood). Dr. McCotter has incredible bedside manner - she does not rush the appointment, is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable, asks if you have questions and answers them thoroughly, and overall is genuinely interested in your concerns. The office is clean and the individualized patient attention is wonderful!
Seeing Dr. McCotter was a great experience! The office staff were very friendly and prompt. Dr. McCotter made the entire experience very comfortable and gave great level of care. She spent plenty of time conversing about any health problems or questions. I would highly recommend!
