I have been using laundromats for 30+ years, across many demographics in multiple states. Bluffton is a lovely little town! Great downtown, beautiful college. I was shocked by how terrible the Laundromat is, especially being right on the edge of the downtown area. If you're not going to allow patrons to open the doors to get a breeze, the least you can do is offer a fan! The room is hot, year round. There's a foul odor that almost knocks you to the ground when you walk in. I read a review from 2021 stating the bathrooms were still out of order. Well it's the end of May 2022 and they're still not working. Their prices are high (they charge more if you want to use warm and hot water for your clothes), it's poorly lit, hardly any baskets to get your wash to the dryer. The perk was I had my pick of machines each time I went. I bring my wash to Ottawa now, it's farther but totally worth it.
The village if Bluffton has it all! Including our own laundromat. It is a rather antique business, in that everything is old. But must mention, the Owner is good about getting new equipment when needed too. No frills here. Git 'er done!
Clean machines and open 24 hours. Machines are also in good working order and the laundry mat is clean.
Needs better management that will fix the broken equipment other than the rest room being closed for the last 4months cheap very cheap wont fix anything
Stains started showing on my clothes, took a min to figure out where they came from because they were small, like oil or grease stains. Stopped going for awhile, I tried again and first time back, 2 of the 4 washers didn't completely wet my clothes. No I didn't overload, one was half full of lite colors and I wanted to be sure they got cleaned. Spoke to my daughter and another patron today, said they both have reported the water problem on the same machine and the stains are on three of my shirts again! Good luck finding a trash can and bathrooms have been broke for several months. Highly disappointed considering the area it's located in. WILL NEVER BE BACK
Way to hot in there. No AC. No fans.no ventilation at all. Can't even open.the doors to try and get air. The bathroom has been unable to use for quite awhile now.
Very clean and usually quiet.
Washers can handle up to 50 pound loads - good for comforters and quilts.
Open 24 hours with security cameras.
Very disappointed they took quite a few a the washers out, and the last 4 left that I did like using were completely full of dog fur: (
Very nice laundromat. I go there every 2 weeks to do my laundry.
It's always clean and the washers and dryers are fast and fairly reasonable.
I believe a new owner took over a little while ago, and has done a fantastic job!
They have 10 to 50 pound washers.
Newer dryers and a change machine if you need quarters.
