Soin Family Practice Center - Kettering Health, Beavercreek OH

I’ve been trying to call here for months now. Nobody ever answers the phone. Nobody returns when we leave a voicemail. Nobody has got back in touch with me. It’s just ridiculous. I seem to never get no help here when it comes to answering the phone and I do not live by here so driving there every day just to get somebody to answer the phone. It’s very frustrating.

Dr. Palinka was so professional with me and made me feel safe and comfortable while getting my birth control implant. I valued the experience and would absolutely go back here. She was efficient in the whole procedure and was comforting to me in my nervousness and let me watch my reality tv show on my phone during the whole thing. I appreciated her work and her assistant doctor. Highly recommend coming here especially for young women who want a good experience with a woman doctor.

This practice has greatly went downhill in the last 2-3 years. I used to get great care here but they are unorganized and unhelpful.

I wanted to recognize Brittany at Soin Family practice for her patience, compassion and kindness in gaining my daughter’s trust for a vaccination today. A huge accomplishment for my daughter and a huge thank you to Brittany!

Really disappointed. I've been coming to this practice for years and it's a hour away from home. But I loved the care that much I continued to come. But since Dr Stroble left its definitely went downhill. For me personally and haven't been able to find or be treated with good care since. I was involved in a rear end accident Feb 20th. I scheduled and after ER MVC accident with the practice and seen the attending that could get me in the soonest due to problems I was and am still having in result to my accident. He hardly wanted to listen to me and kept cutting me off. He was supposed to send a referral for PT as well and have yet to receive a call. This has been 3 weeks now. And anytime I call the office. No matter which extension, I can't get anyone to answer and have been calling multiple times a day for a week. Time to find a new practice closer to home I guess.

DR BENTLEY AND DR PATEL IS THE BEST. THE NURSES WORK EXTRA HARD TO HELP (ED LEMASTER)

The staff is amazing. Doctors really listen. It is a teaching facility. Highly recommend for your PCP
