Sole Stop, Dublin OH

I went to the solestop store and there was a boy who was very uneducated, he treated me very badly just because I was wearing work clothes, I needed to buy a Valentine's Day gift and he treated me very badly and I felt very bad about it, not because I'm not well dressed that I don't have money to buy shoes

Great dudes, slinging premium gear for crazy prices. (You think he means crazy like crazy low or crazy like crazy high?).

Customer service was amazing, and all the shoes looked amazing as well, prices were fair for what they were and I'm very happy with my purchase here.

I used to be a supporter of this store. Brought alot of shoes from here. I came in 2wks ago to buy some shoes. I usually get 2 pairs a trip. Well, this time, they sold me FAKES. Spent 600 dollars. I will never shop there again. Both pairs are fake, if it was just 1 pair, I could have maybe chalked it up, but BOTH PAIRS? Lesson learned. Not telling people not to shop there, but for the prices, it should NEVER be a question of authenticity.

Very high priced when you can go to finishline or footlocker in the same mall an get the same shoe for atleast half price I do not recomend this store at all

I’ve been to this holy grail of shoes stores in central Ohio on 2 occasions and both times have blown my mind. I enjoy jordans, air max and just Nike in general. What this shoe store offers is nothing short of “ u want it, they got it or will get it”. Flatt out the best shoe store ever.

You better be a sneaker head with deep pockets. Extremely high prices for mostly used shoes.
Not a place for me.
However if you are a true sneaker head with those deep pockets. This place would be a 10 out of 10. Tons of shoes, all different sizes.

Stock X seller didn’t ever get my sons sneaker sent out. With 2 weeks to spare before Homecoming Tony from Sole Stop Polaris was able to make things happen.
He text and gave updates each step of the way.

Stopped in with no intentions of buying anything. Bought a shirt and all the workers were cool and offered to help multiple times.

This is one of the best stores to BUY sneakers from in columbus, so far I’ve only bought two shoes on two separate occasions and I love them. But a huge con that prevents me from buying more is their customers service. I felt like the workers hated their job and hated that i was in there.even when i was checking out, the worker kept it very clear that he wanted me out. Like you don’t have to treat me like a princess but damn at least don’t give me an attitude or roll your eyes when i have a question. It made me feel uncomfortable to even step in the store. I don’t know if it was something i was wearing or it’s because of how i look but I never had this type of experience in a store.

My fiance, stepson and I stopped into the Polaris Sole Stop for his birthday. Although we had no one help us the first 15 minutes we were there, we finally just had to ask someone for assistance. All the employees were very upbeat and kind. Great show selection, some very pricey lol Overall a good experience. I may have to sneak out and buy a pair of shoes for me

I just spent HOURS looking at every shoe in every store in the mall to no avail. Decided to pop in and check out sole stop and found 2 pairs immediately and were on our way in less than 15 min flat. Sole Stop will be my go to shoe store from now on! And customer service was great! Much better than the other stores in the mall!
