Solon Park Apartments

Lived here for 1 year. Everything in the apartment itself was great. The appliances were new and worked good. Laundry room was always having issues. Missing buttons and broken washer (for weeks at a time). When it came down to receiving my security deposit back. It took 2 months to see my check. When I had asked how long it would take, " they said "it would be one month. " I called the office after 6 weeks to get an update and they replied with "the mail is slow sometimes. " After I called for the third time they checked on it and said the check was mailed November 15th. Sure enough, I opened the letter December 19th and the check was dated for December 13th. They must have sent it out after I bothered them so many times. Other than that blunder it really wasn't that bad living there.

We just moved into Solon Park in August, and have been immensely pleased with our experience thus far. Our apartment is newly rennovated, clean, spacious, and quiet. The leasing office and maintenance team have been very responsive and intentional about making sure our apartment feels like home, and making sure any problems that arise have been handled — Lori Kline has been particularly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Solon in general has been fun as well. We would recommend Solon Park to anyone looking for an apartment!

Took 5 trip down to sign the lease! Toilet clogged up 7 times while I live there! Showering water are old as hell, randomly turn cold every 20sec while showering! One last thing is they find every little to keep your hard earning security deposit 700 hundred! Stay away from this old rag apartment

Just toured and locked in a 2 bedroom unit. Best deal I've seen in Solon for the space and new renovations. Very close to the parks and the shopping district. My leasing agent, Madilyn Movsesian was a delight to work with from the start. Very honest and upfront, and showed true care in helping me along in the process. The preferred employer deal was also a good bonus. Optimistic my living experience will go as smoothly as the touring and application process did.

We have lived in Solon Park apartments since 2013, these apartments are centrally located with walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants and Solon Community park. Apartments are recently updated and very well maintained with quick response to the service requests. Neighbors are generally good and respectful (You can never find a perfect place on earth as none of us are perfect). The property manager Joy Harrell does an exceptional job, she is very courteous, responsive and helpful. Many times she goes above and beyond to make your living in the apartments comfortable.
If you have children as we do, you are living in the Solon school district which is ranked #1 in Northeast Ohio.

Great management with pleasant community. Maintain and fix any issues fast. Friendly for kids to raise.

I absolutely love my unit. The units are new fresh and modern just what I was hoping for. We are a close walk to shopping and the park. Living at Solonpark has been amazing the staff is very accommodating and the apartment is outstanding. I would highly recommend renting from Solon park apartments. Nice community to raise a family or for single living.

This place is super nice and the new management is outstanding! It's close to shopping and in a good school system. Plus the renovations give it that extra special bonus with granite countertops and hardwood floors. I'm glad to call this place home!

Moving into Solon Park Apartments was very pain free. From the start, Madilyn was responsive to my emails and questions. I was able to tour the apartment and see the exact unit I was going to be moving into. The newly renovated room is nice - good appliances, easy to clean floors, and overall, has an open, airy feel to it. All necessary stores are within a ten minute drive and being able to walk to the grocery store is a huge plus for me.

Our family had no heat on Christmas day and had to evacuate, completely ruined are holiday. We have continued to struggle with heat and we have a baby recovering from surgery, but the owners have no conscience. Office staff is condescending to tenants and maintenance staff is underresourced. Think twice about signing a lease here!
