It was a great place when I was there, though I did feel awkward, seemingly being younger than most people there.

Good place to workout never too crowded lots of cardio equipment and a good selection of weight training equipment also

This is a well taken care of gym with just the right amount of equipment and great classes. Members get 24-hour access.
