Sonic Drive-In, Parma OH

Had to wait 45 minutes for a kid's hamburger. They forgot. I had to go to the door. They told me hang on, she went in and never came out. I then had to go back through the drive thru and cut to get to the window. Where I found that the burger had beenade twice and no where to be found.

Good for, friendly service. Sadly, they are only doing drive thru at the moment, at least at this location.

Fries were DRY AND OLD Now I see why their line is empty overprice dry nasty food their blizzards aren’t blizzards they only put the topping at the top and not all through waste of $40 i won’t be returning

I love coming here especially since its the only one close in the city. Last night while going thru drive thru about 10pm for slushies for my family i felt rushed to the point i had to ask the girl in the drive thru speaker to listen and let me speak. Then after recieving my order the young lady at the window forgets to give me the bigger straws for the bursting bubble drinks. She opens the window and says "oh, what do you want now" i get it was closing time but please dont be rude to customers. Usually i love it here.

Thank goodness they had a competent manager on duty. After going through the drive thru twice, each time with multiple errors on our order, the manager took charge and gave us a 100% refund on the total bill.
She explained that they were training several new crew members that week and that it was a "work in process".

Covid must have businesses hiring anyone. They got order wrong and didn't seem to care when told.

Ordered chili cheese tots and the cheese was so gross I also got the Oreo cheesecake milk shake with no whip cream and it was plain vanilla with whip cream
My daughter got the onion rings which tasted like cooking oil
I was so excited to find a sonic only to be disappointed

I will NEVER be back. For the first time in three years I decided to go to this sonic location. It was a mistake. I drove forty minutes out of my way to sit at the speaker for TWENTY minutes without my order being taken while I watched crew take care of drive through continuously. I understand moving drive through as I’ve also worked in food service but I was not at all the only one who was blatantly ignored and drove away. Train staff to multitask. I don’t know why I even tried ordering at this establishment when I’ve never had a good experience there, so that’s on me, but rest assured I will never be back. Train staff to take care of the customer. I have never in my life made customers wait more than five minutes to order their food, and if I did, i would have gotten a write up. Because in fast food if you’re not taking care of the customer, you’re not doing your job.

The food was terrible and the service was slow. It didn't seem that there was any sense of urgency.

The drive through girl was very rude rushed us when ordering. Not a great way to be would not suggest to go back!

I wouldn’t suggest getting food at this sonic, and choose wisely with the drinks. It’s either too greasy or too sweet. But the real fruit drinks are amazing.

Some one greeted me at speaker 12 as I was rolling the window down. Didn't get any other response for few minutes. Pushed button and 3 more minutes got a squelch on the speaker. Wait little longer then left because I realized I'd probably get up set if I paid for anything

Don’t ever go on a Sunday or at least don’t let jasmine take ur order she’ll give u an attitude and get ur order wrong. Taking a break from sonic for a while.

They had us waiting forever at the car hop. Then we ended up waiting the same amount of time in the drive thru I was over the person who took our order. He didn't seem like he worked there! Had to repeat my order at least 3 times and he still got my drink wrong

Like the fountain drinks, but food was awful. I might be back for a fountain drink while on the road, but nothing else.

If I could rate lower I would. It has the slowest service in the world and the food is not good. I suggest you don't go here if you do good luck.

This is the worst fast food place in world. They don't know what they're doing and they don't care either. Waited 20 minutes for mozzarella sticks and a grilled cheese, which they almost forgot about. It seems to be really hard to work there. Lack of leadership and organization. Never going there again.

It took 25 minutes to get two milk shakes. A couple next to us who arrived after us ordered, received their food, ate, and left before we had to remind them we were waiting on order. After which it took another 5 minutes to get it. Unacceptable

We ordered 3 shakes, they came back with 4 and they we're all wrong. They didn't bring my freakin Oreos!
