Sonic Drive-In, Circleville OH

Maybe just a strange time I was there but a lot of employees doing everything but getting the customer verification loud music they couldn't t hear u when u talked sandwich wss deied oit from sitting

The food was very good the sever was polite but the card readers so you could pay none of them worked out side so you had to use cash

Stopped tonight for quick supper. The boy that took our order acted like he would rather be anywhere else than there. Our order came out fast, but tots were cold. Couldn’t get the advertised shake for $1.99 because the ice cream Maxine’s were down. This Sonic is getting to be my least favorite. Seems to always have some issue going on all the time.

Service was good food wasn't all that definitely wasn't impressed not the sonic food I like

I am a Pickaway county resident however my daughter and grandchildren do not. They were passing through and stopped at this location. The employees were parked in the pull up spaces so she went through the drive-thru and was treated horribly. The kid at the window almost threw her change back at her, most of the change landing on the ground and then was shoved her order and sent away. She was understandably upset and will no longer frequent this location. I know she's only one customer but guess what I will not either so it begins. If this is something that happens often it will eventually hurt your business. There are too many other dining options around that would be happy to have us and treat us nicely

Never had a problem with the food here. Unfortunately I waited over 15 minutes in a drive through that had about 4 cars. Other times I came and parked and service was prompt.

This is the absolute worst ran establishment in Circleville! The entire town knows it. You sit in drive thru forever and they tell you to look over the menu and they’ll be with you, as you see the car that placed their order to, get their food, (which is about 15-20mins) then they will come back on the speaker and take your order. I ordered 2 grill cheese, 3 pretzels w/no salt! After almost an hour wait, I get my food which consists of two pieces of bread not grilled, and cheese, both sandwiches were like this. Then my pretzels, not only did they have salt, it was overloaded in that salt. If you can’t get something this simply correct, it’s time to close the doors. I am so frustrated, as this has happened so many times, I call in and get hung up on. I can’t just run back as I live 17 minutes away and I would have to load 3 kids up. Twice I have placed my order online for them to tell me their online orders aren’t working and when I ask for a refund, they tell me they have no way of doing that and give me no point of contact. So I have eaten 2 big orders without any refund.

The servers managed to completely forget to bring out the food they made for us as we sat DIRECTLY OUTSIDE THEIR DOOR. The younger guy, who seemed newer to the job, mentioned that our food had been sitting while other people ordered after us, and a few doordash orders were filled. It wasn't busy outside, and I can't imagine there were so many items in the other orders that my small order should have been overlooked for 20 minutes.

We just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and when we got to the window they told us they weren’t taking any orders. It was two hours before closing time. I know there are staffing issues everywhere but there was a line around the building and they could have had someone step outside to tell us that before letting us all sit for 30 minutes

Wasn't impressed with the new help. They need more training. Food is always good and it is a clean environment.

This is a great location! The food took a bit to come out, but it was all completely accurate and tasty!

It took 20 minutes from ordering to getting food-that doesn’t even count the other 4-5 min. We waited to order. My son wanted a shake so we stayed, but there were no m&m’s in an m&m shake and my sandwich was wrong. I will never give this location business again. Most unacceptable service.

Ordered a number 9 and number 5 the chicken sandwich I paid 9$ for was litterally a slider. The blt was on soft bread not crispy by far. First time ever having sonic and will never try it again. Never mind the long wait. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Might as well just take ice cream and milkshakes off your menu if they're never available
