Sonic Drive-In, Hamilton OH

The food is good! I was not impressed with the outside it needs cleaned up and remodeled. WHY ARR THEY NEVER OPEN ANYMORE 10AM ON A SUNDAY!

I shop for UberEats and pulled up to pickup my order, they took it as if it was a regular order and covered the cost so I’m unsure as to if their system isn’t bringing in orders or what but I now have to wait incredibly long for this order to be made (which should have already been made due to my customer ordering online from here) and situations like this drastically affect my tips and everything considering it’s now going to take forever for the order to get made. There’s always some type of problem I encounter at this location and it’s ridiculous.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this sonic is terrible, I can't tell you the amount of times I've had issues here. Just today I tried to give them another shot and waited over 40 minutes for one small shake, I placed my order while no one was there and watched multiple people be served and leave before me.

Dirty and the blond old lady is condescending. Editing review that I have contacted corporate and currently waiting to hear back from a franchise owner.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered two milkshakes, they looked fine from the top, drove away and took a drink, there was spoiled and soured milk to the point it was just a gel like liquid in the bottom of both cups, went back to the sonic to get a refund, the lady took the milkshakes back and after being told they were soured she simply threw them away and did not even care to check the machines or anything, disgusting.

Manager out in parking lot sitting in a car, customers leaving left and right bc you are out of fries. Customers cussing workers bc orders are not right. I experienced this the last time I was here. Will not be back

It’s so outrageous to see reviews from a year ago with the same problems I’m having. So apparently nothing gets fixed. I have yet to have a good experience here. I should have known when the kid opened the window and was eating French Fries and half paying attention to me that things probably were going to be a mess. My burger was so incredibly greasy that the seat in my car has grease spots now. I pulled the burger out when I got home and grease POURED (no joke I swear) all over my clothes. The tots were soaked in grease as well. I couldn’t even eat the food. My daughters chicken bites were so hard she couldn’t even eat them. And to top it all off my drink was flat and tasted like straight up syrup.

Ordered through the app. Arrived and pulled into stall and checked in. 20 min later our food was brought out. The fries were nasty, almost as if they had been made the day before and then microwaved. The coney was the worst, the hot dog was tough. I will never again eat here. I would also suggest no one else does either. They are going to make people sick, very sick.

I’m not sure who was taking the orders but they can’t hear. & whoever was at the window was super rude.forgot our slushie then got a little attitude when we said we had a slushie too.the breakfast burrito was disgusting, was absolutely rushly made even tho it was about a 20 minute wait.the egg was over cooked literally looked like chicken.the sausage was only 1 HALF of a sausage patty, disgusting.do better sonic.

We went to 2 that day in Hamilton. 1st one never got on to take our order and we moved to two different spaces incase 1 wasn't working waited over 15 minutes. 2nd took forever to get someone to take order.and they got drink wrong.

I will not be coming back to this sonic. I left so disappointed. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I’m sure they gave me the small slider patty. The fries and milkshake were bland. $22 on very subpar food.

The cheeseburger was a 6/10
Tots 0/10 very oily and not well cooked
Chicken slinger is a 8/10 but its so very small!

Definitely don't go here worst experience at a sonic I've ever had if I could give negative stars I would also please for the love of God clean your fryers I'm gonna be sick
