The customer service sucks, they do not check calls or call back to take care of urgent issues. This isn’t the first time we have had issues, we have laundry stuck in a washer in Grafton since 6 pm last night and it is just spinning and we cannot get washer opened, we have called, sent email, and even message through Facebook and no response. Who knows is clothes will be damaged

My 5-star rating hasn't changed! But this morning's trip (8-17-22) was a little disappointing. I arrived about 7: 30 a.m. & couldn't believe the number of dryer sheets & items (stray socks) on the floor! But that's not on the laundromat, that's on the people who are too lazy to pick up after themselves!

Very clean, you have to be careful with the app barely see the machines down and nice prices

After the remodel the place was amazing. The attendants take care of cleaning and that's great. However, there is an over powering stinch of mildew and or stagnant water throughout the building. It wasn't that way when it reopened. I can't go there anymore because it is too overwhelming. I also wonder if or how stagnant water smell can taint the laundry. I hope it gets better soon

Does it's job as a laundry mat. Bring everything you need cuz the attendance aren't all that helpful, if they are there.

So this is the ONLY PLACE I will wash my clothes because first and foremost ITS CLEAN! Also I am not in a crowded space due to the large areas to fold and chairs to relax in! But I will not and could not go to another laundromat and feel as comfortable as I do here! I freaking Applaud this laundry mat for keeping up quality cleaning services as well as clean laundry machines to use!

Up dated everything. About time they did this because had about same paint job as from the 70's-80's but they did good.

I've always loved going to the laundry mat. This place is very straight forward and quiet. Not usually crowded and it's affordable.

Easy to use machines and cheap! They wash and dry quickly as well. Took about 40mins total.

Close to where i live. Always clean when im there. Washers and dryers work great. In and out. Definitely recommend this spot.

I've been doing laundry here literally my whole life my mother came here too.i cant believe what they were able to do with it! It's so nice inside and the free wifi doesn't hurt either

Every search engine gives different hours of operations for this place. Arrived after 11, washed and dried clothes, walked out to bring soap back to my car, go back to door AND THEY LOCKED ME OUT REMOTELY! My KEYS, laptop, and all of my sons and my clothing are locked inside. Called several times, no answer. Emailed several times NO ANSWER. The sign is still lit that they are open and I’ve now been sitting here staring at my keys and work computer (huge deadline tomorrow) on the other side of the glass. I’ve spent $40 a week doing laundry here for months since my washer broke but they will never receive another penny from me for putting me in this position. This is not an automated set up where their doors lock at closing every night. This was an owner locking the doors remotely and leaving a woman in not the safest part of town stranded without cause or concern. All of these posts about a community vibe with the “new owners and management” is a joke. Hopefully nothing bad happens to me by 5: 30 am when they supposedly open. It’s 52 degrees outside and I’m freezing. Feeling that warm and fuzzy community vibe! Awful business practices!

Southside laundry is a good laundromat it's clean the washers and dryers are new I recommend the laundromat to anyone

This remodeled laundry is clean and the washed work will I would recommend this to all my friends

It's a very nice place, but the vending machine food, is very outdated! Particularly the lays chips
