Southtown Cleaning Village, Marion OH

I use this laundromat weekly for about a month or so. It is clean, there is an attendant on site and the machines all work well

I enjoy washing my clothes here the help is always friendly, its very clean and always get my laundry done in an hour

I love this place every time I go to Marion to visit a few friends I take my laundry there and I get the best service. The price is very good the service is great and it is very clean

After testing positive for covid all I needed was a little help to get my laundry done. I called this place and was completely mortified when the beast of a man told me to go somewhere else. I was upfront about my situation and for that was shunned! So much for helping fellow Americans and being in this together.

Super place to do laundry. Clean, nice people that work there. Conveniently located, nice atmosphere.

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Southtown cleaning village. They don't offer any big sized washers or dryers. It takes forever to get your laundry done there. They're not that cheap either. I recommend Colional Coin on North Main St. They have several washers there that will do 60lbs loads for around $8. Their dryers are $1.25 for 25 minutes. Laundry gets done MUCH faster there. They also have cards you can put your money onto. I'm not much for promoting one business over another but Southtown is in need (badly) of an upgrade of their washer and dryers!

I used the wash and fold service for the first time today and I was very impressed. Place was pretty busy and very clean. Excellent customer service from the man at the counter, will definitely be back.

Beware of dryer #2 it will take your coins and your clothes will be wet I asked the attendant and she's told me it takes $2 to $3 dollars in coins for it to start heating up
I had already put in$1.25 that's. 25 cents for 5 minutes
Anyways she told me the owner had put a new heating coil in that machine I guess it's not working!
She also said per the owner she's not allowed to give the money back
Shame in you owner for that we, people work hard for our money the least you could do is put the time in another dryer
Taking advantage of your customers like this is unacceptable.

Very very Clean.prices are good.the owners are fantastic people. I go there once a week the staff is fabulous.

Always clean and their washers and dryers are the best and cheapest in town. They have just remodeled the inside. They have nice chairs and tables to fold your clothes. Plus they have a TV to watch while you're wait on your clothes.

This place is so clean, the people who work here are as friendly as can be. They were more than happy to answer any of my questions. We will continue to do laundry here!
