Fantastic service and atmosphere. Unlike the big corporate massage spas you can actually get an appointment. This is a fantastic local business with top notch therapists. The owner Misty is welcoming and caring! Faith is a fantastic therapist that listens to what is bothering you and takes care of it. I highly recommend!

The best massage place I have ever been to. They are all very nice and great at what they do.

Beware hidden charges and shortcuts. I had been to Spa Retreat several times years before and recalled that the prices were clearly broken down into service price+tip on the website, but the total was still reasonable so I didn't have much issue with the forced tip amount since it was clearly disclosed. I just considered the entire price to be the cost and thought it was a clumsy but effective way to make the services appear cheaper than they were. For the record, I ALWAYS tip, and usually 20%, but I don't support or frequent establishments that have unethical/illegal mandatory tipping policies that are not disclosed prior to service.

This time I received a $95 gift certificate for a service and when I called they said that covered the facial plus hot stones. The website said to allow for 90 minutes. They made no mention of any additional costs.

I get massages once a month elsewhere and my massage therapist leaves 15 minutes between clients so each service lasts exactly as long as advertised. My facial was scheduled for 9 am so I arrived 10 minutes early and expected to be on the table, or at least in the room at 9 am. Instead, I was not called back until a few minutes after 9. I was then left in the room for far longer than it would take anyone to get undressed, so my service didn't start until 9: 10. The actual service was lovely, but I was shocked when she announced it was over and the clock on the wall now showed it was 10: 10. My 90 minute service had lasted only an hour.

When I went to check out I was met with another shock. I was told that I still owed more than $20 after my gift certificate for tax and tip and asked if I wanted to add MORE to the tip. I have scoured their website, and while years ago when prices were much lower, the included tip was clearly explained, now nowhere does it say there's a mandatory tip that will be sprung on you at the time of service. They apparently add a 15% mandatory gratuity that is both tacky and unethical. They also screw you one more time by including the "gratuity" into your total so you get to pay extra tax, too!

Your advertised prices should be your prices, plain and simple. If you want a certain price for a service - charge that price! I can see why employees have no qualms with shorting a service time by 50% if they are guaranteed a healthy tip regardless.

I have been here multiple times and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is super friendly and the services were on point. I highly recommend Spa Retreat.

I had a massage with Faith last night and booked my next one within an hour of getting home! She really cares and did a great job customizing my massage for what my body needed. Can’t wait to come back again and again.

Had a massage for the first time ever in a life lived over 50 years now. I was nervous about the experience, but my massage therapist was excellent. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process which I was so anxious about, and completely worked out a big painful knot that has been in my neck for quite some time.

I also had a manicure. I confessed when I booked that my nails were in horrible shape due to working a very manual job for almost 10 years and that I am now working in an office environment, so my nails definitely needed some love. They were brittle and constantly cracking and breaking down to the nail bed. I have had zero nail breakage and the polish has stayed perfect for almost 2 weeks.
