Terrific quick stop roadside attraction. Free to visit and open all the time. This water tower is in the parking lot of the Spangler Candy company.

The Valentine "Cutie Pie "hearts, traditional decorations for years, are just absolutely pathetic this year I purchased 2 boxes in one store, all misprinted onto the hearts, and these were rough and very thick. Thinking them old, I went to another store where they cost twice as much and were the same! I could not use them for any holiday cake decorations or for the earrings I had planned to make for girls in my office as I had in past. This company in Mexico should have some counseling!

The tour was ok. It definitely could be better! The candy is great so follow up with a great tour!
Fix the tour by putting more effort into it and you'd get a lot more visitors!

I bought a bag of 500ct for my kids as a gift after searching through the whole bag there was not a blue raspberry one in there then another incident out of same bag i unwrapped what i thought was gonna be a watermelon flavored cause thats what was on the wtapper but to my surprise it was grap inside that watermelon wrapper

People in shipping office are nice but vary slow loading. Got to shipping docks check in and told to park someone would come out and tell me what door to go to about 30 minutes later that happen went to door and sat in door for 4 1/2 hours. Had to be unloaded because they had no idea how long it Was going to take to finish.

Good staff! Fast unloading Overnight parking available start unloading 7 am. There are two unloading dock if nobody back on the dock you can back on dock and in morning reciver will knock your truck door than you can open your trailer doors also have restroom. I give

Stopped by for a pickup at work. Nice people, clean shipping area, organized during my visits.

I bought a box of full Necco's but it seemed that there was a disproportionate amount of Licorice wafers. If there are 8 flavors, each flavor should be approximately 1/8. It seemed that the Licorice was 25% of the total wafers. I reached out to Spangler and spoke with Jenna Esterline who was happy to hear my concerns and was kind enough to promptly send me a few sleeves to fix the imbalance.

I love family owned companies that do business right. This is one of them. I put in an online order. I expected it to take a few days. Two days later it was on my front porch. It was a small box but it was heavy cardboard and packed inside in such a way as there would be no damage to the product. That’s going the extra distance. Thank you.

Choking Hazard.love starburst so was excited when i seen the new starburst pops.i grabbed a bag for the grandkids.thank God i tried them first.about half way threw it it popped right off the stick.so thought it was odd and got another and it did the same thing.so i did not give them to the kids.over the next week i had one here and there.out of the entire bag around 90 percent of them came off the stick.tried to contact company to make them aware of issue and the lady acted like i was a joke.

I travel in a company of four people in a truck we had to do a gutter job just behind spanglers this morning

I love the NECCO candy, and appreciate Spangler for continuing to make it. The only issue is that the new wrapping for the wafers is so loose that many wafers are breaking up in the jostle between leaving the factory floor to hitting the customer puchase display.

I purchased Sweethearts from 2 different stores and was very disappointed. I have been a life long fan of them and they are my favorite. This year I was very disappointed. The taste was slightly different, but maybe they are trying to cut down on the sugar. What was the most disappointing was the words on the candy. In The boxes the words were not legible or lacking words. I always hand out words to my kids and my fiancé but was unable to do so this year.

I do hope that next year is better.

The Sweethearts candy boxes for Valentines Day are cute, but this is not the original Necco recipe. These are hard like a rock, the printed messages are missing or unreadable, they do not taste like the original recipe and they’re made in Mexico. Good attempt, but you shouldn’t put “Original” on the box, as these are not even close to the original. As a company you need to make this right or call them something else.

I WISH YOU GUYS STILL MADE THOSE GREEN APPLE SHREK MARSHMALLOWS! THEY WERE SO GOOD I WOULD GET THEM ALL THE TIME WHEN I WAS YOUNGER. IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE MAKE SOME FOR ME I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY I REALLY MISS THEM‍️

We brought our 3 year old granddaughter here when we delivered wrappers to the factory. The lady in receiving was so great to her. Thank you for making her trip to the "Dum Dum" factory special even when she couldn't go inside due to Covid! We appreciate you!

I keep receiving emails from the company with coupon codes that are declined on every attempted transaction. Customer service is completely absent. No email replies and nobody ever answers the phone nor returns any calls. It's good candy until you need anything from customer service.
