Dean was SOOOOO VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING ME THE UNIT NUMBER, ENTRANCE CODE, AND MADE SUPER SURE I VERIFIED THAT I WAS WHO I SAID I WAS BEFORE HE RELEASED EVERYTHING TO ME ;6/2/2023. I HAVE NO QUALMS ABOUT THE SAFETY OF MY INFORMATION GETTING TO THE WRONG PERSON AFTER THE POLITE AND CAUTIOUS WAY HE VERIFIED THE INFORMATION I GAVE HIM WHEN HE ASKED ME FOR IT? ️

Vanessa was a great support person for my issue. She demonstrated outstanding customer service skills and solved my problem.

Unit space was clean and ready to use, application process went easy being automated, the luxury to walk up and get a unit in just minutes was great, my follow up contact ramanio was well spoken friendly and professional. Not that it was a big deal but the uneven threshold at the door made it a little tough hand trucking heavy items in, no worries. I recommend this facility.

Quite nice facility, if you're in need of storage, try them, my Family member is pleased with their services.

So far a very positive experience. The website was easy to navigate and helped me to decide what size unit I would need. I had never heard of SpareBox one minute and the next I was signing a lease and driving the 6 minutes (2.5) miles to put my first load of items in storage! AND it was after hours! Very impressed. Hopefully the property turns out to be as safe as it looks

Auto pay monopoly. I had to reset up my auto pay multiple times, speak to an agent who hung up on me, kept getting late charges, and they still added more charges after. I dont advice using this place or atleast there autopay system

Good storage if you don't need help. Totally self service, person inside bldg. Didn't understand English very well and said he knew nothing about the storage units. Just moved in, so can't say whether or not items are safe and secure. Is a gated facility and seems to be.

You would think they would contact you if something was wrong with your unit. Not sure what happened but apparently my lock wasn't on my door so they put one of theirs on it. I had no idea until I showed up. A hello we put a lock on your unit because yours was missing. Call us for the combination would have been nice. At least check on it to see if a new lock is on and take yours back off. The hours I work do not coincide with Sparebox hours so as a result, I can't leave any contact to let them know what's up. I came to get some pretty important stuff and here I sit. Now I will have to deal with yet another issue tomorrow because I don't have what I needed. Again, you have no problem communicating when money is due so you should have no problem communicating when something like this happens. Other than that, not a bad facility. Not fond of the price raises and things lime that but understandable. I would like to keep doing business here but if it takes too long to resolve this issue, later man.

This place is a joke. You can never talk to anyone cause everything is automated. They are redoing the roofs on the buildings and I have no access to my trailer which I use for business and need every day.there are nails all pop cans all over the place from the crew and of coarse with no one on site anymore they can't see what they are doing.leaving this place as soon as I can actually find a way to talk to a person

Normally I’d recommend this storage unit I’ve used them before in the past and they’ve had good prices for a fair size space but now they switched it from a property manager being on site to a kiosk.not only did the rates increase and throw in fees that never used to be there but they sold me a unit that doesn’t even exist or is unavailable. Then tried to upsell me on a bigger unit that was $100 more. Finally they offered to refund my money on my card… but still you have a kiosk that is selling units that they don’t even have. I find that highly unprofessional as opposed to a physical person being there knowing what’s available on the spot

Do NOT store your belongings here if you VALUE them and are allergic to mold. My son rented a interior unit for me, as i moved to Florida. Picked up my things and unit full of musty, moldy, mildewy smell. Unfortunately, due to time constraints i loaded in car. I had to keep windows down for 1100 mile drive home. I had to pitch most of my things, some very sentimental items. Insurance won't cover as they say yhis interior unit is prone to mold because of humidity. Well it is ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF OHIO, NOT TO INFORM FUTURE TENNANTs about previous mold. So they'll be seeing me in court! DO NOT PUT YOUR VALUABLES HERE

Current Customer -Storage units are kept very clean and maintained nicely. The representatives at the front office are nice and very supportive.

I would recommend this company.

Purchased an abandon storage unit and got a screw job from the business.empty boxes and totes. I'll give them an F for sticking it to me.

This U Store is a secure facility and for me a convenient location. Staff is friendly and Jessica in particular is extremely helpful especially when working within a strict time constraint. The numbers on the doors could be larger to help locate your unit initially, but minor in the scheme of things. I would recommend this facility.
