I walked in and called the 1-800 line as I needed to rent 6 10x10’s for 12+ months. I had a few questions about the rental units and if they had internal ones. She told me they had 10x10’s but said I had to rent them first to find out if it was a drive up or internal. They had a layout map so I asked her which ones “could be” inside. She repeated that they will only tell me once I made a purchase. I was pretty upset that she couldn’t tell me anything more than rent first, answers later.

Damoi was phenomenal in assisting me with my questions/concerns and updating my account. He was very professional and provided quality customer service. We need more customers service specialists like him.

My issue of not being able to pay my bill online was resolved quickly over the phone. Much appreciated.

I called customer service to resolve an slightly complicated issue, the rep seemed confused and unsure of how to fix the situation. He told me what was needed to get me off the phone under the premise that the issue was resolved. I called a few hours later to see if the issue had been properly handled. The second rep I spoke with tried to give the me same unhelpful solution as the previous rep initially tried. I explained to both reps that I live in FL and couldn't make it to my unit in person nor am I able to meet with the property manager in person to get the issue resolved. It seemed like the second rep only said the issue was resolved just to get me off the phone. So I will have to keep calling until I'm told the issue has been properly handled.

Kim she was very helpful and if you guys had a 10-star she deserves a 10 because she really did her job in helping me and I really appreciate her you guys have a great employee might be due for a raise she's that great kim is her name

Roshawn, the name of the representative. She was very pleasant and helpful! Good, clean storage facility. Have had our travel trailer there for 4 years now.

Terrible! Terrible experience all the way around. My unit was broken into and tore up from the floor up. Glad we got all our stuff out. Never again.

The young lady was so helpful, I had all the wrong information in the system and she got me together with no problem. Thanks again

Make sure you get plenty of insurance, I got my items stolen worth about $10,000 and can only get compensated $2,000. How do thieves get in a gated facility and steal people belongings? Not acceptable the company will not take responsibility and reimburse you for your loss.
