Sparkle Market, Youngstown OH

I used to work here, so I don't want to be that person.but I am going to be. I paid 2.09 for green onions, which first of all is outrageous, but I forgot them at Meijer, and I'm right next door to Sparkle. They were the nicest ones out of the bunch and I still had to throw half of them away because they were wilted and starting to go bad. Ever since Amanda and Jill left, the produce department has just plummeted! I wouldn't recommend at all for produce.

Cashiers are ignorant EVERY single time I go in to this place. You ask them how they're doing and they ignore you. Very unprofessional and ill be talking to whoever is in charge of this place as a result. Once in awhile, I get people have bad days, but its literally EVERY SINGLE time I go to this store.

I get it's a local store and inflation is crazy right now, but their prices are crazy high compared to other grocery stores

Big, clean store, when I'm looking something specific all I need to ask is. "what isle is this or that in? " there's always a friendly face to point me in the right direction!

Always clean and can usually get what I need quickly. Prices are a lot higher than other stores though. Definitely a better selection at giant eagle, especially produce!

Nice store. Prices are a bit more. Ex.identical Popsicles in Salem were a dollar cheaper. I'm not cheap but that dollar was almost 1/2 the price more on the same in Salem.

Great place to shop employees are very courteous and if the line start to get long till open up another register right away

The best Sparkle I've ever stepped into. It's a huge store with much more selection than any other Sparkle. I wish we had one as nice close to my home. It's a drive but I will be making that drive from now on. Highly recommend this Sparkle!

Nothing about this place sparkles in fact its like an icebox in the store and and the music playing on the intercom will remind you of being in a suspense thriller called How Much Was That Lunch Meat.

This store is one to shop at. They are friendly, very clean, quick service, always stocked with what i need. They have great sales too. (Check weekly flyer) The hometown pharmacy is great also! I feel like the staff knows me.

Kinda expensive for me to shop there but I like the fact there’s a liquor store there because the next closest is Louisville.

Awesome! Not only did they have bottled water, they had toilet paper! Very friendly staff.

The staff is friendly, the checkout is super fast, there's a great selection, and the deli and hot food sections have excellent quality food.
