Spavia Day Spa - Austin Landing, Miamisburg OH

One of my favorite places to go on a monthly basis. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable of the needs of it's customers. Love this place!

After nearly a month of sending documentation proving that they have never had my email nor did they call me to confirm any appointments, they still won’t refund me for randomly charging me for an appointment I had no idea about. I went to management and they said they couldn’t help me and now I have been through a lot of financial stress because they charged me twice in the same week and I didn’t even go nor have the money for the one they are lying about. I’ve never seen a business rob me and be this rude about it.

First service was amazing! I got a peel and the atmosphere and esthetician were amazing. Second appointment was a bit concerning. The esthetician was amazing and we had great conversation but I was left with remaining mask on my face that I was made aware of by someone while I was out and about. It was a green residue…. Embarrassing. I was not aware that I was booked for a “ultimate” service priced outside of my membership, so that was annoying that I had to pay an additional balance. May cancel between now and my next appointment and look at other options. Hoping the next appointment doesn’t disappoint if I decide to keep it.

Jessica W.refused to honor Dedicated service and was very vehemently judgemental about condition of patrons entering facility she refused to preform even one of the couples massage at the facility and charged us 50 percent of the price because she felt like it, this is not the way to do business and i am mortified at the customer service at this location

The claims of being belligerent is just a fecious accusation to cover your own lack of customer service skills if anyone was belligerent it was your "manager" Jessica when she decided to do a cash grab and cancel my appointment due to her drawing a conclusion about my sobriety due to the fact that i was sweating from the heat outside and even when i conceded to forgoe my massage and pay the 50 percent for my massage there is still no explanation as to why you canceled my wife's massage as i was the only one being accused of being intoxicated so when the front desk associate said she would be able to recieve it and then when she arrived it was another cancelation fee please stop making false claims you lacked class and decorum in that situation and you're currently lacking accountability

This was my 3rd visit and Jessica is absolutely amazing and a true muscle whisperer! All the staff have always been very friendly and helpful and made my first massage visit easy and comfortable! Will be back soon to see you all! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place for spa like treatments especially facials and body treatments. I would only say their communication to clients could be better, I had some lack of communication before and during an appointment I had once. Overall, great spa to relax and enjoy spa treatments at. Their online booking appointments or services is a great addition to the spa. 10/10

This is the first time I came to Spavia. I had the pleasure of working with Nicki! She put me at ease as will as doing a fantastic job on my brows. I have never seen them look so good! Will definitely return to see her!

I had a great time! I came while pregnant, at 38 weeks. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The lotion used was very nice. Everything was very top notch. My massage person, I think it was Katie? , was amazing and very nice.

I had some billing issues which the owner corrected. I appreciate her reaching out to me to address my concerns.

Trying to call in and book an appointment is ridiculous. I already knew who I wanted to see and I was suggested someone else. On top of that the girl (kat-something) answering the phones seemed incompetent. She couldn’t give a full answer and it almost seemed like she had something better to do! Not even going to attempt coming in, what a disappointment!

The Guest Advisors were helpful and friendly, the retreat room was very enjoyable and Christine performed an amazing maternity massage, my body is so relaxed and rejuvenated! Highly recommend (:

My first visit was amazing! Rachel did a great job of explaining products and showing me around. The waiting area was very cozy and comfy. Rick was my MT and was so attentive and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back and already told my coworkers to go here!

Had the essential signature massage with Nicole. She was amazing! I felt very relaxed for the hour. Calming and clean environment. Will definitely be going back.

Was so excited to get my eyelashes done for the first time. Hoping they would look as I was expecting it but no at the end I regretted paying so much money. I felt like you Couldn’t even see I had them on so I took them out after a week. Same thing happened to my friend, she ended up going a few weeks ago and said she didn’t like them. I think before you get them done there ask for the size of eyelashes they are using because they don’t inform anything about it.

I thoroughly enjoy my monthly massage at Spavia, Austin Landing. The atmosphere is great, the dressing room and relaxation room has everything you could ever need and my massage is always wonderful. Kudos to MT MIchelle! Look forward to it every month. Connie D.

At first glance, what’s nice about this spa is the facility and true spa-like ambiance (robes and lockers provided, showers available, warm neck wraps in waiting room, tranquil lighting). The value for me is in the membership, which makes reg visits affordable. Plus - what I really like - is that it works for a variety of services. So during the summer I tend to the “glow and go” body scrub and spray tan, during winter I get facials or massages. I like being able to switch treatments depending on what my need is that month.

This was my first visit. I was a little nervous and worried I wouldn't be able to relax not knowing what I should expect. From the front desk to the end of my massage, I was guided perfectly and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I can't wait to go back for another spa-cation!

Nicole was amazing! The right amount of pressure is key! She took all my knots and untangled them. I left feeling restored and refreshed!
