A monopoly in nearly every location they serve and they know it. The customer service is horrible and the representatives are trained to be rude and obnoxious. If you get their mobile service the will not work with on due date of bill claiming it can not be changed because the system is set up to not allow it. Spectrum programmed the system so they are saying that they spectrum refuse to work with teir customers. I highly recomend you do business elsewhere.
Travis is the worst salesman/associate of any business that i've ever been to. Very rude, wouldn't let me UPGRADE my internet, then called me a liar because my phone bill was cheaper than his? Oh. He also made a rude comment about my father who has passed on for no reason. This being said I'm never going into the store again and will instead handle all of my business with spectrum over the phone. I'm very upset with this person and not spectrum as a whole, however I do wish something will be done about him.
I can NOT stand every time I pay my bill I'm hounded by them to get internet and phone! Gonna start paying online!
Very busy place. Had to wait in line for over an hour. Super nice people at the counter. The reason for 4 stars was the wait time.
If I could give them six stars, I would. 1. For me, the store was conveniently close.
2. No other stores had what I was looking for (lan cable) and I was about to give up and drive all the way to Walmart when this very friendly employee stopped me and said "well wait are you looking.etc". It made my day. Will recommend to others.
Don't order until the day you want it on they charge you the day you ordered even if it sits in empty house for 2 weeks
The customer service is horrible. I've seen them be rude to so many older customers. Then I was talked into adding tv. I was told if I didn't like it. I would be refunded and go back to my regular bill. Well so not true. I was charged the same price as having tv without actually having it.
I love Spectrum. My service is excellent. They are efficient and effective at problem solving. The customer service team speaks English! They are friendly and flexible to meet all my needs. Thank you Spectrum!
I’ve been a customer for as long as I can remember. I recently got divorced and my drivers license still has my married name, though I’ve switched to my maiden name. They have no problem taking my money every month, but when I go in to talk to them about my account, they can’t even speak to me because of my drivers license name. Even though I look just like the person on my drivers license and have quite a few other things with my maiden name on them. Very rude and very in efficient service. I will be canceling my cable with them. I was considering switching my phone over, but now I will stay with Sprint And start using my fire stick. Your customer service totally sucks!
As always great service both from cashiers and service men. Only wish cost was cheaper otherwise excellent
I'm really happy with Spectrum cable and internet. But I really hate going into the Spectrum building in Portsmouth. It always seems to take a very long time. They even had three lines open and it still felt like it took forever.
They are friendly people Professional they try to help. I was there yesterday was trying to make a payment something happen with there computers shutdown That can’t be helped all in all Spectrum has got pretty good service.
Sorry to see the outside payment close paid my bill had to stand in line for 30 minutes only two people working need a person to take payments only less time for standing especially the handicapped
Took my aunt to pay her bill is all I needed to do so everyone was nice and helpful to her was a little bit of a wait but that's to be expected
I had to wait in line for almost an hour. When I arrived there were 2 workers and then one of them got up and never came back for almost the hour. Worst service!

Really busy and not enough help. Some people were asking questions for at least a half an hour. Frustrating to say the least.
Very bad customer service and long line; the ladies at the front desk need to be user friendly. There was only two people there an four spots to go. For the amount of money being spent to get cable an internet they should be friendly an compensate people for the outdated internet an cable boxes. Since time Warner an spectrum merged. Over paying for services there not getting total waste of money. Compensate people with a gift card.
Your coupon needs to be improved when somebody can hack your cable from your apartment to their apartment is very wrong you need to secure your lines
