A lot has changed since my last visit to Spectrum, but the staff were very polite & were helpful to the customers entering the store. Just nice to still see good customer service!

The Spectrum store with fast and friendly if you ever have to go there make sure you ask for Arron or Whitney they are the best

Slow service. Four people standing at their kiosk or terminals. Only two we're working with customers. I was number 6 when I came in and it took them 45 minutes to get to me

Went 1st thing in morning to switch out my Dvr box service was quick parking was nice being right out front! Staff was friendly. I Would recommend this location.

I seriously hate this company. It is NEVER easy dealing with them. The majority of the phone staff seems to be incompetent and uncaring about the customer. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Phil, the technician who was gracious enough to show up for such a late appointment for me after I got off work, was awesome! He took the time to let my 1st grader read him a book he wrote, while waiting on a response from my landlord. Great customer service

Very poor business model overall. Extremely inefficient and slow customer service. They are also aggressive and pushy with selling you other services and products. I just wanted to cancel my wifi and had to wait 1 hour.

Very slow service. I had to go back to this store; 16 people in front of me. I ask where there was another Sprectum store and was told there is one at the Greene.i ask for the the address and was told "I don't have a clue" This was as simple as asking another employee or looking on the sheet for other stores in the area. 08/25/2021

Be careful when u go.be prepared to WAIT.only 1 person was working the other kept going to back and back out. There were about 12-15 ppl waiting. Felt sorry for the worker. Whoever schedules workers need to be educated on when all hands need to be at store.

The wait was pretty long, because I didn’t make an appointment beforehand. So, make sure you do that. The lady working was very nice and kind. Great customer service from her.

SCAM!
I had spectrum at my rental house. I called and canceled the service after the tenant moved in. She called spectrum for the new service. Spectrum never told me to return its modem. It activated her new service with THAT modem. Then Spectrum charged me for that modem!? They constantly call me daily.i requested to speak to a manager, got refused! This is a scam! Be aware!

Did online check in, waited a little bit, when I got called up it was quick and easy and the salesperson was friendly and useful. I thought itd be alot worse lol.

Horribly slow. They are fully staffed with at least 8 people buy only 1 is working to help customers. One lady at the door and one helping customers. Honestly they seem more interested in selling phones than helping existing customers.

Very slow moving employees who don’t know what they’re doing at all. The customer service provided to me was very horrible. If I didn’t have to come in store to get a modem faster I definitely wouldn’t.

The absolute worst customer service I have seen. Communication was very poor. We went to return equipment from an issue that spectrum created when their personnel brought out too many and just left it at the house. We then were charged for the equipment. We were told to sign in and wait. An hour into our wait more names kept popping up before us. One employee was standing on her phone “monitoring interactions”. It was after an hour and finally getting into an argument with this individual that we were finally told we could just go to the ups store and return the equipment. Avoid this store at all costs.

What Spectrum doesn't tell you. Is the real price.

Say you sign up for internet today. They will sell it to you at a song for the 1st year. Then next thing you know, your paying 75.00 a month for less than 100mb of speed.

They get around the fine print by saying that 75.00 a month is UP TO 200mb per month. So if your residence doesn't realize 200mb speeds, your still paying the same as folks getting double the speed.

Very displeased with Spectrum. But when it was Time Warner, we had like 12 truck rolls to our home before they finally got the internet working. So I guess it's SOME improvement.

TOO COSTLY SPECTRUM! STOP BEING GREEDY!

Very slow the service they don't have enough staff to accommodate the customers. I waited for 2 hrs before they called my name.

Took my equipment, said everything was okay and instead of refunding my equipment, they sold the debt owed to a debt collector who has now notified my credit agency Experian, which has dropped my credit 20 points. I returned the equipment back in March and was not told, that the equipment would not be refunded.
