Spectrum Store reviews
13Was ready to leave Spectrum but Tina's customer service changed my mind and improved my service.thank you
The customer service is horrendous. On a Saturday they have 1 disrespectful employee taking names at the door and 1 person working the desk.
So far, so good. But wow, the cell phone price is awesome. I went from $99 @ Verizon to $28 @ Spectrum mobile. And the best thing, it is still on verizon network.
I was greeted at the door, went in and exchanged my faulty modem, and within 2 minutes I was out.
Nothing exciting, but certainly nothing to complain about.
After reading the negative reviews I was hesitant to visit this location. However, I went, along with my mother (it was for her service). They were great about the social distancing and the wait time was short. Chas helped us and provided amazing customer service. She was fast, answered all of our questions and joked back with me. She made the visit a great experience.
I was greeted promptly upon entering the store. The customer service reps, were knowledgeable and courteous.
Came to this location to exchange a router, the @ss hat at the door looked me up and down, asked what I was there for, told him was told by tech support that I needed to exchange my router as it was bad, the guy says we only have 4 or 5 in stock and we might not have any left, walked inside stood there and did nothing (thinking I couldn't see him) came back, sorry man we have 1 left and someone in line MIGHT be getting it. Doesn't offer to order me one, nothing. Never felt that disrespected by a dude before. Going back tomorrow, let's hope he isn't there.not leaving without my router, not paying for a service I can't use.
Horrible customer service. The guy that waited on me today was so rude. I'm considering changing services because how their customer service treats you.
I have no honest clue why anyone is saying they recommend Cincinnati bell over spectrum.we had nothing but problems with Cincinnati bell for 3 years so we switched to spectrum, best choice we ever made! We are paying basically the same price for 3x the speed with spectrum. I would never recommend cincinnati bell to anyone! But spectrum on the other hand, I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.even the guys in the store are always friendly when I go in.
Customer service is clueless. Told me a 100% different thing in person than on the phone, couldn’t help me. Said I owed money, but couldn’t tell me why, I agreed to pay the money anyway and they still couldn’t help me. Threw their hands up and said oh well. Don’t think that’s very good business. Anyways, I signed up for Cincinnati Bell as soon as I left, and they’ll be over today to hook it up for me. Don’t waste your time with spectrum
Went into store yesterday to switch out bad modem. Immediately was told that my wife and I had to be 6’ apart (because of Covid 19 social distancing, etc). This was done before being asked how we could be helped. We were also told only the account holder (my wife) could be in the store (even though I pay for the service). Very cold & matter of fact. My wife & I had masks/gloves on, she’s a retired nurse (she even told him that so she and I fully understand the proper PPE, social distancing, etc.). The rep who did this did not have a mask nor gloves on. I asked why & he said “We haven’t been provided any”! I was asked to leave while my wife took care of business! She said the different rep who took care of the modem switch out was also very rude (and didn’t have PPE in as well). I will probably switch to another provider because of them being so unprofessional!
These people are CROOKS. Cancelled their overpriced cable a month ago and they said they had "no record" of it. Had to wait 20 minutes to return their equipment. Hope they go out of business.
