Arrived during normal duty hours and the place was locked. All displays and lights were on inside but no employees in attendance.

After having issues with Metro PC they were very kind and helpful. I know they are all in competition with each other but they were extra nice to me and I appreciated that and needed it. Not to mention while I was there I noticed the staff was known to the customers. Customers knew them and asked for them by name. That says a lot! Great experience!

The store is nice and spacious. Also, even though it is located at The Greene outdoor shopping mall, it's near the end of some outlet buildings so there is usually a good parking place. I found the employees to be helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. The weird thing was there was a sign on the door that said the door was broken and to knock. We did and they let us right in. But we were there for more than an hour, and at 6pm someone went to the door and took the sign down and people could suddenly get in from the outside. So the door wasn't really broken.

I was able to get in and out quickly. It was a Saturday around noon. The internet is working fine. Spectrum TV is good so far.

I see so many bad reviews regarding this store being short staffed and not being greeted…

There was 1 customer being helped at the counter and then myself walking in. Not once was I greeted even after standing at one of the counters directly next to the worker… after standing there for about 3-5 minutes and still not being greeted another worker comes in from possibly a break clocks back in at the counter I’m standing at and he didn’t even speak. After the customer at the counter was helped both of the workers just left and went to the back, while I still stood there, without being greeted, or even acknowledged… I stood there for about 5 to 7 minutes, waiting to be acknowledged, and serviced. Waiting for service isn’t a big deal but being in the store for that long when there are workers available, and the store is not busy without being acknowledged is insane.

I walked in behind someone and she walks right up to a counter. The rest of the workers were helping others except for one who didn't greet me when I walked closer and turned to the employee next to him to watch her transaction, so I thought he was training. Seven minutes went by, no one has said a word to me. Someone else walked in and one employee told him to sign in at the kiosk (which I didn't see). So, I go signed up behind that guy and had to wait longer. That guy was helped by the employee that I thought was training because he paid no mind to me. After he was done with the customer, he walked over to a different employee to find something else to avoid waiting on me. When I finally got called up, I was shown that I could make my payment at a different kiosk. It would have saved me plenty of time if these people paid attention to their customers.

I came into the store this morning needing to get a new phone (I lost mine) and add a mobile line to my internet service. Eliza Wagoner helped me today and was wonderful and super understanding. The entire process was a mess since I couldn't get into a lot of accounts I needed to without the ability to double-authenticate via text, but she let me run to the ATT store to figure things out and even borrow her phone to communicate with my parents when I needed their help to get into something.

Going into any cellular provider store is usually a long and frustrating process, but Eliza with Spectrum made things so much easier today. Thank you!

Way under staffed here but they help you out just try to go early in the morning. Had about 45 minute wait right before 1700.

It is bad when all you want is their wonderful mobile service and they tell you, "you can only get it with our Internet service, we don't do just Mobile. "

Eric did an excellent job helping me getting my grandma on my plan. He was very patient with my frustrations and teaching grandma how to use the phone.

If you start Spectrum you will be sorry when you try to leave. Two phone calls and a visit to the store later, 2 hours of my life I won't get back, and I'm finally free. You will not get the internet speed you purchase most of the time.

Edit: 2 visits to the store. Is it going to be 3?

This store is always busy and they never have enough staff. They have at least 8 people waiting in line and they only have 3 employees. One lady said that she has been waiting for an hour. The staff is friendly but how great can the service be if they make you wait for an hour in the lobby. If people are waiting for an hour or more. They need more chairs and my employees

I'm not sure if there's training for employees, but I went to two (2) Spectrum stores, and had terrible service at both stores - the Dayton Mall store, and the store at The Greene.
