Speedway, Toledo OH

How is it that no matter when I come to this speedway that the air pump machine is absolutely 100% broken and destroyed? Every single time.

Great place to get gas and the prices are about average compared to other gas stations in toledo

Prices are to high, I bought 2 Monster energy drinks and the total was 6.18?
Even tho if you buy 2 your supposed to get a deal? I got a deal alright LOL.

Been going here for awhile now, great reward program and employees are very friendly when treated with the same respect you'd give to yourself. I still get a good laugh when there is a line and someone walks in and whispers under their breath (unbelievable). If you treat life like that I'm sorry.

Seeing as how I work here and all might as well leave a review. In our job description it says we are not allowed to give change unless you buy something. Yes we are always busy because of the streets we are on. If you have to go somewhere real quick don't stop at a gas station, especially if you know it's busy. If you don't like it go somewhere else. It's that simple. I go as fast as I can because that is all I can do. Yes we get behind, I understand that can be frustrating but we are doing what we can. Also it doesn't help that some of our customers are human trash. Just use manners, stay off your phone and HAND US THE MONEY AND DONT THOW IT AT US YOU RUDE PEOPLE. Thank you and have a nice day.

Some of the employees are great.
Oftentimes, they leave one register closed with a massive line. This is in spite of the fact that they have 2 registers. Hit or miss on speed of service.

I just moved in this area and this is by far the most trashy Speedway ever! Some of the employees are not very nice at all! I would rather go on Laskey where everything is fresh and the employees are friendly.

What ever happened to customer service. I needed change for a 20 to finish laundry. Went here cause it was just down the street, as it is also where I frequent to purchase fuel. The customer in front of me handed the employee cash so I quickly asked if I could get change for a 20 before he even opened his drawer, and his response was that I have to purchase something. It seems a lot of companies in Toledo have a customer's should be grateful we're here to buy things from attitude. I'll no longer go to a place that doesn't appreciate my business.

It is always crowded. Maybe a bigger store. The people that work there always greet me with a smile.

I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO, I GOT A FREE MARK TEN ECIG COUPON MY WIFE WENT TO GET IT, THE LADY GAVE HER 2 ECIG REPLACEMENT CAPS, SO WHEN SHE BROUGHT IT HOME I OPENED IT EXCITED, I realized this isn't right I called back and the lady was like yes I think I might have given the wrong item to someone, call back at 5am, So I call back like 4 times the next day and finally I get the Manager He tells me he cant do nothing because I opened it, and the lady said she gave my wife the right package, I gave him some of my words forsure.forget this place, I use to buy from here a lot, but not anymore, I told them to play the camera back and see what she passed my wife He said that wont help, obviously this is their fault they don't care to make it better

The workers had attitudes and gave very bad services. And proceeded to curse at the customers. Never going there again.

The store itself is in horrible condition. Very old, abused, dirty, and simply needs a maintenance man. The parking lot always has trash, the concrete walks and fuel area need power washed and cleaned, the building needs painted, the trash can are always filled. The fact that they havepPayment at the pump, however they never have the receipt ribbon full. So you pump gas in a hurry and oh wait must go inside to get receipt. Doesn't not make sense.
As such a local big company they have let their store fall into disrepair. It's typical for bums to be asking for money, Crack heads hanging out. The store should not tolerate this.
Last thought, last week went to get a hotdog, grabbed a bunch and it was moldy. How long does a bun sit in the warmer unchecked. Gross. The rest of the warm food was not stocked and it was about 1: 30.

Not happy with this location.

Stopped there on my way to a concert and got a drink. Pop machine was actually out of pop that time. Ended up getting coffee instead. Bathrooms were pretty clean.

The staff is friendly and couteous, and they are pretty quick to get you in and out even though they're super busy most of the time
