Speedway, Franklin OH

I used to like this gas station. But here lately they're always out of coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Pathetic

The store management is horribly rude as they yell, belittle and dismiss customers. If they disagree with the customer they will proceed to demean the person. If they don't feel like restocking an item you get an "oh well". Night shift workers do absolutely nothing but play on their phones and take numerous smoke breaks. They are a disgrace to the company. I only gave any stars because of the food service which is friendly and timely.

Great Customer Service by Zack everytime I've gone here, others are great too! Nice place!

The overnight clerk puts an out of order sign on the bathroom every night he works even though it is definitely working, this morning I cam in as I do almost every day, but with a bathroom emergency, and pleaded with him to use the restroom, he replied "it really is broken" followed by "you can go outside" when I told him I didn't need to urinate he said "oh well" refused to give me his managers number or tell me anything to identify him by. He is clearly just not wanting to clean the bathroom (his job) i will be going in later today to contact the manager in person.

Speedway is always great & best coffee around! I get so disappointed when we travel to a state & there isn't one

It is a nice on to go to I feel like the staff could be nicer though but they could have had a bad day.

I'm a huge fan of Speedway in general and this one is local to me - I stop there almost every day for coffee, gas, pop, etc.

Really nice staff here and they get people in and out fast.

Friendly professional staff. The cafe is awesome! Wish all speedway stations had the speedway cafe! Staff is top notch in my experience here.

Ok been to a lot of gas stations super late at night, this one was not a good visit. Pumps were down and I saw another customer go to three different pumps for gas before the attendee came out to say the gas is down. The customer sped away. Shelves were bare and associate was absent. Put some bags or out of order signs on the pumps jeezle peats

If i had to pick a place to get gas, eat a chimichanga, drink a faygo orange soda, have someone file my taxes, buy a boat, get fishing bait, buy a fur coat, and get some skittles. I would pick speedway

Never had an issue with the staff here, always nice and they have the road trip essentials on in one location. My only complaint is the pumps themselves. 1. Every time I go through on my SUV every couple dollars the pump kicks off and I have to re start the fueling process. Makes me have to guess when she's full instead of relying on that click. 2. It always says "failure to print receipt, please go see cashier. Nah man if I wanted to do that I wouldn't have done the pay at pump option.

Because the manager is rude and doesn't know how to treat customers even can't preform her job duties store is dirty

I haven't purchased gas at speedway for over 20 years because they control the gas market. If people would wake up and buy there gas at other stations prices would be a lot cheaper. I would run my vehicle out of gas and walk before I would give them a dime of my money.

Only place that's that handy and had just about anything I need if I wanna pay that extra price for bein convenient.

Gas, smokes, and bad coffee but I like it I've drank so much of it they got is cornered just like Walmart

They don't know what they're doing or even their merchandise and then they will argue with you about it. If you want your day to start right don't go to the Franklin speedway

Skip this location, there is another right down the street.
Pumps are all rusted with panels not closing, so you can't easily tell if the pump has been tampered with, but the most annoying thing is the back light is out on most pumps so you can't read the display.

Very convenient location, easy in & easy out! The store is clean, organized and the employees are very attentive and responsive to every customer's questions and needs. I actually make the choice everytime to take a pass on and drive right by the one off 73 in Franklin. They should revoke that location's cafè privilege and give it to this speedway!
