ALERT! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I'm 99% certain that the talll skinny white guy with glasses and small goatee that works behind the counter at night (9: 30) has an RFID capturing device.my bank alerted me of an attempt to withdraw $120 from my account.from this Speedway5 minutes after I used Google pay to buy lottery tickets. BEWARE.

There is a KEROSENE Pump on the south side of the lot. Few isles inside with a beer cave. Restrooms and ATM

The store clerk that worked the evening shift on 1/28 was very rude and unprofessional. The store manager on-site had to complete the transaction and was nice and polite. I realize the job market is tight, but you still need to hire people that knows how to keep the customer at the center. I always have issues at this location. The other neighborhood locations are good.

Customer service is ALWAYS very slow. Nobody puts in an effort to do thier job properly. The work ethic is Non-Existent at this location. I'm ashamed to be a customer here. If I was in charge, the entire staff would be fired and replaced with competent employees that will do thier jobs the correct way

Gas attendant was smoking inside the door. When told that was allergic to smoke she replied she is allergic to people and to stay home! Than complained to the other customers in line! Terrible customer service also against the law to smoke inside the store with door wide open.

Several pumps have been out of service for a couple weeks now. Depending on the time this location gets very busy. Good cold beverage selection inside.

Very RUDE and POWER hungry worker. Speedway should be a shamed of themselves for allowing an individual to misrepresent their name. NOT ALL TEENAGERS STEAL AND NOR SHOULD THEY BE TARGETTED FOR BEING A TEENAGER. It is NOT OKAY to mistreat a CHILD/TEENAGER EVER! Especially when they have done NOTHING WRONG: (Come on Speedway do BETTER FOR OUR COMMUNITY!

How come none of the pumps are ever working properly. None of the numbers were lit on my pump. I could have been charged $100 and would have known. I believe that technology has passed up the people who maintain this equipment

Not a good day for speedway, my card reader did not work a slow service in store. Clerk had trouble understanding that high test gas is the same as premium lol

Stopped here for some gas somewhere between 8-9pm. Went up to the counter to pay for my gas and a 12 pack of pop. The cashier was talking to someone he knew that was behind me and not paying too much attention to me. So I went back out to pump my gas only to find the pump not working, as if I hadn't paid. So after a second, a different guy from the store comes out and asks what the problem is and I said I just got some gas and the pump isn't working. Firstly, he could not grasp the fact that I had pre paid inside, he kept saying, but you paid for the gas out here right? So the confusion there was just rediculous. The guy told me he would go back in and see what the cashier did and what was wrong. Took him forever. Long story short, the cashier hadn't been paying attention at all and didn't enter my payment into the pump, nor did he give me a receipt or even ask if I wanted one. Didn't think much of it as I have never had any issues at the gas station where I needed one for proof! I had to pull up my bank app to prove I paid and then they finally turned the pump on. How rediculous! Just avoid this place, the workers can't be bothered to pay any attention to their job!

My boyfriend went to get gas and went inside to go pay. The man at the front desk (Matt) asked him to tap his card onto the payment machine. When he used chip, Matt asks him "what are you doing? ! " Then proceeded to take his card away from him, slapped it on the payment device, and started shaking his head and chuckled. Whether he was trying to joke around or not, it just made him look aggressive and was really unprofessional.

Place has gone way down hill. Management is horrible they never have any hot food available and their drink coolers are always bare yet the assistant manager sits there doing nothing. Place sucks and we will no longer be using them for our fleet services

I have been going to this gas station for years. I stopped in to grab a Cappuccino Tuesday, 17,2020. There was an employee stocking up the cups and coffee on the other side. I walked around and informed him that the cappuccino machine is coming out water only. He walked around and opened the machine, and said they are all out. Okay, I left the store on my way back home. I decided to get a hot chocolate. It was cold and snow outside, so I wanted something warm. I decided to check the cappuccino because the situation early did not feel right. Guess what they did have more cappuccino, so I walked up to Ken, who was on the register, and asked him why did he tell me there were out of the cappuccino (no answer). Usually, when I inform an employee, they refill the machine.

We stopped at the Sagamore hills, ohio speedway on olde 8 On Saturday am. NONE of the employees had masks on. Poor representation of the company.
