The male working tonight, doesn't acknowledge the customer, is too busy on his phone, using profanity and N bombing his on speaker phone call. Think he is new. Might want to re entertain his employment or train him. It's called customer service not being on his phone.n this and n that, and swear word after swear word.
Get it together!

This place is busy but lines go quickly when they have them. The staff are friendly and efficient. I am able to get in and out fairly quickly. I have no complaints other than parking lot exits are not the easiest trying to go west on Euclid Ave.

Place is absolutely disgusting. Ice and water all over the floor and rather than the employees clean it up, they put up a wet floor sign and are stocking cups around the mess, stepping on ice cubes in the process, on top of playing awfully inappropriate rap music.

Much of the staff is young and unprofessional. They must also be understaffed because it's often dirty and unstocked.

The person that needs a hair cut an a shower. Is stealing. Ring up coffee for 1.95 after the person leaves he rings it 4 a dollar. Then they both lie about it. Yet when ever he is not working its a dollar.

This place was nice then about 5 months ago they just have the most annoying untrained employees around here. Also, gas prices are often inaccurately posted. Im done giving this place chances. The clearks all say they dont know how to use the lottery machine. The manager needs to be replaced immediately and if not a petition to do so will be circulated

Went there after a long night in the hospital and they have some unique coffee flavors that I LOVE. Tried the Banana Nut coffee and it was AMAZING. Making a trip tomorrow specifically to this station to try some more flavors.

I had entered this speedway around 330-4 am on December 14 after walking in the rain for about a half hour. I had just left the hospital after being there all day with my daughter. My phone had died and I had little cash on me, since I didn't think I was going to be gone all day I didn't come prepared. I was worried about not being able to get home considering the situation. Tony, who was the attendant that shift, could tell I was in a predicament I didn't expect to be in that day. He was so kind and let me use his phone charger so I didn't have to use the last amount of cash I had on me to purchase one. Super nice, kind, compassionate person. We should all be like Tony.
