Extremely disrespectful manager! My fleet fuel card doesn’t swipe well so I said just don’t it manually or the plastic bag trick. “I don’t want to” he said and gave my card back. What a lazy employee

The gas pumps are extremely slow! Why does it take forever to pump gas? Someone needs to get out there and fix the gad pumps

Every time I try to scan my Speedy Rewards card at the pumps they do not scan. I have to stand there for several minutes listening to that garbage blast through those stupid speakers at the pumps and I eventually get sick of it put my cap back on and leave. Even my credit card has difficulty scanning here for some stupid reason. You need to get these pumps fixed and turn down that stupid sound or I'm taking my lawn care business elsewhere. In fact I have already started using sheetz most of the time even though it's out of my way.

Turn down the volume of the awful screens that yell at you while you're trying to pump gas! I will not stop here because of these abnoxiosly loud commercials. I used to get an unpleasant feeling pulling in to this station, and finally realized that these screens cause anxiety. Now I go to the BP over the bridge. You don't care because this has been this way for years now.

Just filling up gas before driving many hours from the state of Ohio to Alabama.

Oh it's okay I was visiting my cousins in Pennsylvania & just traveling back home in Alabama.

Supposedly they put you on hold the same amount that you put in, a lie! After complaining to them and lying to me that the money was being held, I called the bank and now I have to wait 10 days for my money because they charge double and do not even accept their responsibility.

Just went to exchange my propane. They gave me a “filled” propane tank but when I got home, it was empty. They wouldn’t give me a receipt for the transaction either so I can’t return it.

The woman's bathroom is disgusting with fecal matter all over the toilets and in one stall on the wall and floor, soap does not work and then the staff are very unwelcoming. I smiled, asked how their morning is going and I got stared at with a look of discussed. Not a word out of the staffs mouths. I said have a good day and the guy just walked away.

Tried three different pumps all wouldnt work. Go down the street to circle k worked first try. Fix your pumps!

Pumps never work. Says chip was removed every time. Tap to pay also doesn’t work and half the pumps are closed off

Obnoxious advertising screens at pump can't be muted. Loudest of any station I used to go there regularly, since they installed those extra loud screens i have actively avoided that station. I get a sense of dread when I consider going there, and then drive to the quiet BP on the other side of the bridge.
