Speedway, Canal Winchester OH

If you have medical problems and can’t wear a mask do to said medical issues, don’t go here. I tried to get something to drink and was immediately met by the two rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. Even after explaining I had a medical condition they still were rude as hell, I’ll never shop here again. I’ll take my business elsewhere

The night man clerk is impolite and act like it's his own house.they lock the door when they want, and having conversation.

Pulled in to get gas. 2 pumps were out of order. Found an open pump but didn't get a receipt as usual. Went inside. 4 employees standing around and not a single one said anything to me. I asked for and received my receipt without any speaking on their part. The floors were sticky and the entire place looked and felt dirty.

The worst customer service Very rude Workers I went in to purchase some coffee they did not have any creamers in the machine I pick up around 15 creamers from the containers To put in my very large cup from Speedway When I go to the register to check out The worker charged me for the Creamer, A left the coffee With the Creamer And walk out

A couple people asking for money outside. I spoke to staff and she said they refuse to leave. Don't let your customers be harrassed.

Lady that works the counter is always rude. Dont know her name but if people come here regularly, then you know excactly who im talking about.

The manager Heather was super nice. There's a long red hair girl that has a horrible attitude. I simply asked if there was someone around that could put a pizza in for me and she said "someone will" with a snotty ghettoish attitude. I had saw the manager there around the store fixing shelves shortly before, but, I hadnt seen her for a couple mins so I knew someoone else was there. The only reason even remotely got three stars is because the manager was so nice! Thanks Heather, if you happen to read this ;-)

I have been going to this location for over a year and almost every week day once or twice. Never had a problem until the store manager wanted to swipe my ID through his computer system. After refusing and just showing him my id visually he still insisted to run it through his system. With all the compromised systems and identity theft I would have expected a company to have more understanding to people with privacy concerns.

Employees are more interested in talking with each other.and they'll make you wait until they are done.

Cathy (employee) low class or maybe no class. She don't know how the speedway app works and put me out store because she stated I call her name (told me get out store). I see why this speedway has low rating she works there.

Good God, the amount of black mold in the beer coolers and beer cave is disgusting. I brought it to the attention of an employee and all he said was, "I know, we need to replace all the equipment in there. "
This place is going to kill somebody. I'm reporting them to the state for health code violations right now.

The people that work here hate their jobs. Have 0 customer service skills and have no idea how to run a business. No cups or lids are stocked, trash everywhere, and the cashiers literally won't even look at you or speak to you during your entire transaction. A great place to go if you love doing the jobs of the employees for them
