16The Spenga instructors/staff are awesome! They will motivate you, keep you focused, keep you interested, help you attain your goals, and laugh with you. This group of confident, qualified, strong, positive, fun females, even Kyle who train/support us, are some of the best people I know.
Great all around workout! All the instructors are awesome! The spin, rep & yoga combination makes it fun.
The minute I took my first class, I thought this was for me. The combination of indoor cycling, strength training, and yoga all rolled into one class, is perfect. Each class is different, so there is no chance for boredom. After each class, the staff makes sure everything is wiped down and ready for the next class. The studio is always clean, and that is very important to me. The instructors are top notch, and the front desk employees are so very friendly. Always a warm welcome when entering the door.
Founding member of SPENGA Beckett celebrating 2 yrs & 250 workouts yesterday! I'm totally sold & huge promoter! My coaches, instructors, & friends have all encouraged me to exercise correctly. Old dogs can learn new tricks! Spenga certainly raises the bar on fun as they motivate a healthy approach to well rounded fitness! Thank you! No more burpees please & yes, I will eat before class!
Great workout everytime. All of the instructors are fabulous, and the other members are all friendly, supportive, and positive. This place has a great vibe and will have you missing the days you don't go.

A must try! Clean facility and amazing staff! They plan out the workouts and it's different every time. Show up and the motivation in the environment will help you push yourself every time. I love how fast the hour goes by and appreciate the focus and intention in each 20 minute segment. Lots of opportunity for goal setting and achievement celebration in this environment. The instructors will help you modify if there is something you are not able to do at that time and make sure you still have a great workout. I miss the workouts the days i'm not there. I'm loving the strength, balance, core and posture improvement that I see in myself as a result of time spent with Spenga. Thankful to have this fun and positive community space to be part of in my wellness journey!
I stared SPENGA six months ago and it is now a huge part of my self care. I tried to do my own workouts at home but it was so easy to just stop when I got out of breath or was tired. This is life changing! I enjoy the class and can tell a huge change in my body, my strength and my mood! The whole staff is so friendly and know you by name. The instructors are motivating and give great feedback. Thank you SPENGA!
I love the mix of spin, strength and yoga. I have never been into working out (for the last 5 years my only 'work out' has been a quick 60 squats while I brush my teeth each morning and night) and past attempts at joining a gym have been short stints that I didn't enjoy at all. Somehow this is fun. The instructors are all great. The hour flies by and I feel so energized afterwards.

I'm am avid cyclist and workout fan who didn't really think it would work for me. 20 minutes of spin? Really? Thats easy. 20 minute of strength? Oh please. Finally 20 minutes or Yoga. Come on its Yoga. How hard can that be?
After 3 classes I have been setting PRs on trails i have been riding for years.

I’ve consistently worked out most of my life at a gym or in my home. Since COVID I have been strictly running outside and/or doing beach body on demand workouts. (cardio/strength videos). My knees always hurt and I was losing motivation to get it done consistently. Once vaccinated in May I went with a friend to SPENGA Beckett for a free class. I’m hooked! The 20 minutes of spin gets my heart rate up without all the strain on my knees, 20 minutes of strength keeps my upper body and core strong and the 20 minutes of yoga is my happy place. I really think the yoga has helped strengthen and stretch keeping my joints feeling better than ever. I didn’t think I would make time to go to somewhere to work out consistently after working out at home for so long. With the easy app, I set my week up and stick to it. Accountability. The crew is fun/inspiring and your sweet spot keeps you pushing. Check them out!

Spenga is great for people who can’t choose what kind of workout they like the most because you get to experience a little bit of everything- cardio, strength and yoga! I’m a big believer that a fitness studio is only as good as their instructors and Spenga definitely has some great instructors who help you focus on form and motivate you!
As a guy who was in the weight room and running for years, SPENGA has made me rethink how to work out. The spinning and strength have put me in the best shape in years. Yoga has made the biggest impact on my body - no more stiff joints, sore back or tight Achilles. Would strongly recommend you give it a try!
I LOVE Spenga! I noticed a physical change in my body within literally three classes! You get a full work out done within an hour (which is important to me Bc of three babes and work)! I haven’t worked out in like 15 years… the progression of my spin stats and body changes have made me want to make time for classes each week. It’s awesome.
