7 Pretty cool, products are decent quality, if mildly over-priced.
Staff is very kind and helpful
Never have what I want! Always end up having to ordering on-line. Which are higher prices because you gotta pay to ship. I walk around certain items, no one bothers to ask if I need help. I've had to go and look for people or chase people from the back curtain to ask for they help. Very rude. They should just call it online spirit of Halloween. Never have it in store just order online only that's what they called the store. Or maybe they should have a list at the door so people can know before you go to the store for nothing. Soooooooooo disappointing everytime

There are some great options here for the rich, everything here you can get half off online. Just go and see the consume you want them order it online. This stores a great option for the rich and that's coming from a nurse. Too pricy!
Terrible the theme is movie theater not haunted restaurant. Cooks are slow. And seating is Terrible don't like sitting on a community seat
I came the night before halloween 10mins before closing and let me tell you, I felt TERRIBLE being that shopper. But a last minute costume failuer brought me in. The employees at this location were super nice and understanding. They even had a nice selection on hand given the whole last day of Halloween.

The store in Parma was awesome, I was greeted by friendly employees, was a great experience.
HOWEVER stay away from the one in the Steelyard! Horrible customer service at the Steelyard!
