Spirit Halloween, Reynoldsburg OH

I just purchased an instore purchase and can't return it which was not told at store of purchase. The different location store advised returns were on 23rd which isn't fair as I purchased it on 28th which is past weekend. The customer service representative was rude and treated me like was stupid. Never purchasing again from then worse experience ever.

Great store, good selection of kids and adult costumes. Costume was even on sale which was a nice surprise.

It's my daughter's favorite time of the year, and there's no better place to get prepared than here!
Staff was friendly despite how packed the store was, and we were able to find everything we were looking for.

Went to find face tattoos and was not disappointed. Went back 2 days later for the 50 percent off sale and while most of it was wiped out I was still able to pickup a few things.

Almost every costume and accessories you can possibly think of. This store is only seasonal but man, you HAVE to just walk in to see it. Unreal!

My kids absolutely LOVE Spirit Halloween! So much fun and great costumes. A little over priced but we'll work it!

Got my costume yesterday, had time today to look through everything today. Missing two pieces, one of which is a whole jacket that’s pretty vital for the costume to work. Not to mention customer service was absolute garbage. Two employees kept getting right in my personal space without even bothering to say a simple, “excuse me, ” when trying to get past me (and I mean less than a foot away from my face… again, nothing said or even acknowledged I was standing there). Unfortunately missed the deadline for the refund window (by literally one day aka the day of purchase). The costumes are already incredibly overpriced for the quality you get, which I knew going into, but I at least would expect ALL LISTED ITEMS INCLUDED with said purchase, especially when it’s costing $60 before tax.

Could not believe the great selection of decorations, action full size moving life like scary people & creatures. The costume selection wow I could not tell you how many adults & children you could pick from. A huge amount of wigs to choose from no matter how you were dressing up to be like. Great store go soon to have a lot to pick from in stock. You also can pick parts of costumes to put together something funny from your on mind. Lol. Happy Halloween

This place is super fun and a nice selection. During my recent visit here, I had a sugar crash due to diabetes these people helped me from falling and getting my sugar back up asap. I don't know the names of people who helped me, but I would like to say thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness

Same pop up store every year. At least this year I noticed the random Gumball in the store (from the Cartoon network show. Can you find it?)

This place has so much! My wife and I were taking our grandkids to the Renaissance Festival and an associated helped us with fairy crowns, Knight helmets, shields, wands, and swords! Wish we knew his name to give him kudos and thanks in this review.

They had both costumes I needed, but employees were rude, so I will go elsewhere or order online. Cool store though.

I had already ordered my main costume from Spirit online (which went fine btw), but I decided I needed some gloves, and hubs wanted to look at clown shoes. I got some great lace-up, fingerless gloves, exactly what I wanted. They did not have any clown shoes. We also saw some decorations on display that we liked, but could not find a shelf of them to buy. We didn't see any employees wandering about to ask so we left without the decor. Lots of costume selection for kids and adults. Many, many accessories and make-up. Will shop here again, just not for clown shoes I guess.

Worked as an assistant manager and didn’t get any promised bonuses. This place is chaotic and district managers and everyone above doesn’t do anything but leave it for assistant managers with promises of bonuses that you’ll never receive. Some injuries that they would tell you not to report and unsafe work environments unloading semi trucks. This is a hard working job and they keep you from leaving by promises of big bonuses that wind up being next to nothing.

My son and I go to Spirit each year for the animatronics. This location was more centered in costumes. A little disappointing. If I want a costume I will go to party city. Sad

One employee Wouldnt exchange an outfit after a previous employee, 20 minutes before said it was fine. Then we couldnt find the original person i talked to and was told i had to keep something that was too small.

If I could put no stars I would. Prices are way too high and the customer service is all over the place. One person would tell you one thing just so that another person can tell you something totally different. Do not shop here, you can find something elsewhere a lot cheaper and with nicer employees. We wanted to get a refund, due to an event we were taking our one year old to. The event gets cancelled same day of buying the costume and to no avail were we able to get the refund. We got the run around and we also got told after the fact of buying the costume, that all sales are final and that it shows that on your receipt. Nowhere in the store was it posted and the person at the cash register didn’t say it to us. No one said it on our way in or out of the store. This information was not posted on or around any of the items in the store. So how is it my fault that we are out of nearly 100 dollars that we can’t get back due to an event being cancelled. We are irate and never shopping there again.

We went the weekend of Halloween too. We all ended up finding something but it took me the longest to find something. This is the 2nd year in a row going to this place. Pictures added of everyone's costumes. It costs me about $100 for my costume (pink crayon-$40) and my son Anthony's Fortnite costume (Marshmello-$50). My husband Kyle's outfit (Partypooper) was a $50 and he paid separate for his costume. (Definitely not cheap costumes) A plus side for Me & my sons costumes is we feel like we can wear our costumes as causal wear.
