Set appointment to has heated seat fixed. I asked all the right questions. How long will it take.do you have the parts in stock.how much (ballpark) worst Scenario. Was told they would call next day. Nothing. Took car and the first person that talked to me ask " do you need a ride home? " I asked why? This is probably a 2 day job. WHAT? I told them this is my wife's work car.she needs this car. So they took it in. 15min later. We need this car a full day just see what wrong with it. They said both seats have to come out. The person on the phone never said this to me. So 1 day to see what is wrong.possibly 1 day to get parts.and another day to fix it. This was a complete waist of my time. Not happy Yes you explained after I got there. You know that this is not a 2,3 or 4 hour fix. That is what should have be told to me before I made the appointment. As for the free look. Thanks but I was there a very short time. Not sure how much of a diagnosis you actually did. Also I told you that the lady was supposed to call me back on the cost. That didn't happen either. I stand on my diagnosis of this situation

From the initial phone call I made to the dealership, Doug (Sales Mgr.) was positive and willing to assist. Not only was he knowledgeable but, he never once pressured me. I had done a lot of shopping and Doug did everything he could to get the price where I needed to be. I bought a new Mustang GT from Spitzer!

Worked with the sales team members Marc and Brandon. Could not have been a better expierence. I was in situation that would be a car salesmans wet dream. Had a truck I needed traded in, and only about 3 hours to do it as I had to drive from 3 hrs away and had to be there before closing hours with my credit union. I took a huge risk on them as they did on me as we were trading vehicles with each other and having not seen either vehicle in person and just going off each other's word. The truck was far better than I expected. And they worked with my credit union before I had even arrived so all's I had to do was sign and drive off. All in all took maybe 45 minutes and I'm thrilled about this transaction. Thanks Marc and Brandon!

Sierra Dieble in the Service Department was fantastic. Upon entering, Sierra greeted me with a welcoming smile. I had no intentions of having my truck serviced the same day. Typically, dealerships are booking a week or more out. Sierra was able to provide services same day! Sierra provided real time updates and communications throughout the service appointment. Sierra provided amazing service and gained a satisfied customer who will continue to return for future business. Thank you!

You gotta go here after hours when all the hounds are away! They have nice vehicles, but the way they do things there with sales is really poor. Stay away. Your better off buying a can from a street hustler.

A used vehicle advertised for sale by
Spitzer Hartville was not available to see x 3 days. I was told by sales rep Marc if I completed a credit application in advance the vehicle would be brought to Spitzer Hartville from another "sister" lot in St Mary's PA. My intent was to pay cash but I never got that far. Bozos Marc, aided by Doug, managed to play "hide the vehicle" till I gave up trying to look at & test drive it.
I purchased a similar vehicle elsewhere last Friday & they were not at all
hesitant to take my money!

I went in to trade my Explorer in to downsize to a smaller suv. They listened to what I wanted and made sure they delivered what I was asking for. They went all the way to Parma to get the one I wanted instead of trying to sell me just one they had in their lot.

The service was terrible. I did not receive the service I paid for and the technician lied to me about the service. As I watched the technician doing the service work, I expressed to the adviser that he wasn't doing the job properly and no one cared.

Could have done more than one recall on a wait and stay appointment. They wanted 4 hours to do two recalls. I didn't have the means to leave it. I don't think there time was realistic. Need to be more precise about times to do the work. Not so broad

Haven't bought a vehicle from Spitzer.yet. But the service department came through in a pinch. A couple days before leaving for vacation (driving to Myrtle Beach) I realized my truck was due for service. My normal dealership couldn't accommodate me. Spitzer was my next call down the list. Sierra was able to get me in the next day. Found a recall and still got everything done before the time they said. Thank you

My Grandson spent $7000 two years ago on one of the Ford Focus Bad transmission cars that your dealership was PUSHING on people and you KNEW they were bad. 4 months after purchase it went bad.called and you wanted $3800.to fix.came to find out it was the 4th time the car had been in for transmission problems.what a joke.scrapped the car. Gave you a 1 star because they didn't have a minus 5. If you need a car real bad Spitzer has a real bad car for you.do yourself a favor and drive past Spitzer up Rt43 to 224, turn left on Rt44 go past "Shar"bone you Ford" up to Klaben in Kent. PS.check out ALL the 1 star reviews on here.they tell the real story of these guys

Zach in sales is full of knowledge about all the vehicles in fords fleet. I wasn't too sure about what vehicle I needed, but after multiple visits and loads of questions I decided on a new ranger and I dont regret it for one second. Zach helped me find the perfect one. It took me well over a month to finally decide to buy and I never felt rushed once. The whole crew there was great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
