Great food and service! Had a hard time getting a table but ended up sitting at the bar. Will definitely go back!

Took my boyfriend here for Valentine’s Day. I expected an upscale dining experience given the reviews, price point, and location. The dining room is adequately lit while still providing an intimate setting. The kitchen was very loud- appliances were beeping through the whole meal. The waiter was charismatic and friendly but a little uncomfortably persistent with getting us to purchase more food. The entrées were brought out before the appetizer despite the waiter insisting he would put in the order after the appetizer was delivered AND myself clarifying that we wanted the app first. We ended up with a crowded table of food. The raspberry torte was delicious but insanely small for the price, and non-alcoholic drinks are not listed on the menu.

The breakfast buffet was not even up to the standards of a continental breakfast at a hotel

My husband and I were seated at a sticky table, given sticky menus, with accompanying silverware with water spots all over them. My husbands side salad tasted like a bag salad. My pasta ($17 with the option to add protein for another $4) was salty to the point it didn’t taste like anything else. My husband had a hot sandwich on enriched sugar bread bun that I would expect to be served at a hospital cafeteria and his fries were from a bag and undercooked. Wait staff was completely unaware of the very obvious signs (not eating) that we weren’t enjoying our food and weren’t very attentive even considering an almost empty dining room. I would be embarrassed to have this restaurant represent my city to anyone visiting, they sincerely would be better off at McDonalds.

The Cellar Burger was the BEST burger I have ever had! Our waiter Kyle was adorable and the cocktails were amazing. 5 stars from me!

Brand new concept. This new upscale concept is sure to satisfy! Tons of wines, cocktails, steaks and salads.

I Love itWe will definitely be back me and my Sister's enjoy every moment. This was our first time here and we were trying to have Sister time together and I think we pick the perfect place? Our sever was Extremely nice and pleasant and very Polite his name is Brad and he deserves a Customer service award because we were very happy and impressed and appreciated. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we Thank you for your service at Spoon&Cellar.

Overall the experience was fantastic! We were greeted promptly upon arriving and the manager seated us and he seemed to be very nice.

My wife got a Reisling and I ordered the Rhinegeist Lager and IPA. The lager was tasty and didn't disappoint. The IPA was a bit hoppy for my taste. Close to something like a Coop F5 so if you like it that flowery go for it!

For an appetizer we got the loaded tots and it was the best tater tots, cheese, bacon, scallions, ranch combo Iwe have ever placed on our tongue. Really well done.

For my entree I had the New York strip and it was cooked to my liking and it had just the right amount of marbling on it. The Caesar salad was great also and it had this parmesan kind of cracker with it to break up with some bites of the salad. I hadn't seen that previously. My wife had the French dip and all the flavors together were so good and that au jus, Nom nom nom

Overall this place is great. Easy parking next door in the garage for the hotel and didn't break the bank for how good the quality was so I would recommend it for just about any special occaision or for a little nicer eating place for a night out on the town.

It was fair for a nice quick place to eat. As mentioned in the picture, the steak for my salad was tough. I asked for medium. The waitress was nice.but it was not a wide range on the menu. Salad, soup and a sandwich was about it.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn attached to the restaurant and enjoyed the buffet every morning! Shawnda was an incredible server and made each visit great!

Supposedly open, but there is one cook and no one has helped us at the bar. It is dead here and the hours say they are open…the hotel even confirmed.

They are short staffed. The staff was pleasant. The food took a while to get to us but was very tasty.

Decent place for a hotel restaurant. The food was pretty good. The staff was nice, if a little slow my first time there. Lady taking my order didn't show up for 15 minutes. The second time I went in the kitchen wasn't open, but the sign and website said it was open (just not the kitchen). I went back when it opened and was served right away.

Worst customer service. Good took over 40 minutes and still came out cold. Server was inattentive. I wouldn't recommend.

Service took forever even though it was empty. And the bread on both my sandwich and my wife's burger was extremely stale, like been sitting out for a week stale. Do not recommend

The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. Went around noon at lunch. Menu options limited. Food was OK. Service was good!

I would like to share that Yaya, Stephanie and Maya provided exceptional customer service. We hosted a girls night event there. These three ladies were patient and kind to all of us. It was a great experience because of these three ladies and their great service.
