Sport Clips Haircuts of West Chester - Tylersville/VOA reviews
12I asked for 1/2 an inch off and she cut about 3 inches. My haircut looks awful and I will never go to a sport clips again.
Only been there once, but the hair cut was done quickly and correctly. This will be for sure my go to from now on for hair cuts.
Super busy, which is always a great sign. I had a great MVP cut with a relaxed, professional stylist. Thanks!
Have received consistently good haircuts at this location and they can handle my screaming toddlers! While they do not specialize in small kids, they can handle their hair cuts and I am not forced into going to the screamfest that are places that specialize in toddlers.
Stylist gave a good cut, just what I asked for. They also support veterans and active duty military A+ with a military discount
Great place to get a haircut. Nicole L doe a wonderful job but the online check in is a joke. Whatever time it tells you to arrive, go ahead and wait another 30 minutes because it’s never accurate
Love this place, they take care of me every time, and they have way more skill then some of the chains. They seem to care about service, and send out a survey every time that I have gone in my E-mail, so you know that they are accountable for how your visit goes.
Lori and Danielle are both great at cutting your hair the way you like it. The others are probably good too, I haven’t tried them.
I usually go to a traditional, local barber but needed a haircut bad, so I stopped in for my first Sports Clips experience. I ended up leaving before I got into the chair, but I felt like I witnessed enough to leave a review.
The positives were that the place was clean and the TVs (which it a selling point for them, so it makes sense that they are everywhere).
The negatives were that kids were running everywhere, check in is done through a kiosk with no personal greeter (important for first-timers like me), they do not move fast to get customers through (they deep cleaned their stations in between each haircut while they talked about past rude customers), and there was no clear understanding of the employees (nobody had on any sort of matching uniform that indicated who was the manager). I wasn't expecting formal attire, but yoga pants and random/different-colored polos was a bit different.
I know Sports Clips is meant to service a niche market, but, with what I saw, I will probably just keep going to the traditional, local barber. I would prefer a good haircut and a Dale Earnhardt bobble-head to no haircut and a chaotic mess.
I didn't need to hear my stylists political views, especially since they contradicted what I believe. She did well on some things, horrible on others. Didn't offer an up-sell or anything.
This is my go-to place for a decent cut. Be sure to register on their website to book your seat ahead of time and avoid waiting for your haircut. Unfortunately, their app is not as useful or user friendly as the webpage.
Stylist Beth today made this a 5 star experience. She was friendly with a personable conversation but also taught me how to better care for my hair and why I should use new products. I got more from the haircut today than I ever anticipated and that was because Beth put my needs as a customer first. I will be back because of her, thanks Beth!
