Their online check-in system is faulty. I tried several times to check in over the course of two days once at the Macedonia Location and again at the Aurora location only to drive 30 mins down and be told I was not in the system.

Make sure you call before going. Their hours don’t match their web site and when I called they basically told me not to bother and try another day. Hrs say till 8 but closed at 6 first time and today 7.

My teens father took them to get their haircut here. After sitting with one stylist that stylish pushed my teen off to another stylist. That stylist never did a consultation of what they wanted. The haircut turned out not to be what they wanted. The stylist never talked to my teen during the cut. Pushed my teens head down instead of asking if they would look down. And after the cut was finished not correctly the stylist makes my teen feel like it was their fault it was wrong. If i was able to i would give them zero stars. They were very unprofessional and we are very dissatisfied. We will never be using them again.

Walked in and was seated. Berber I had cut my hair perfectly. She took her time and would recommend this place to anyone
