Unable to get hair cut last 2 nights 4: 15 in the evening and no more appointments today. Throughout the day wait time has been over
160 minute. Not acceptable!

LOVE IT! For those complaining about the price hike, screw off. The pampering is literally the business model. I love it! Hot towels, massages, and nice staff. I get touched by someone else only a few times a month, so for me this is really nice! Ask for Devyn. She is amazing. One of the best haircuts I've had in YEARS.

This week during my haircut I was told "Our prices went up this week". I don't want my hair washed or a massage, but now you have to pay for those services. Haircut only used to be $21 now you have to pay for the neck massage and wash for $26, whether you want it or not.

It took 10 minutes for my cut and with the tip cost $30. Poor value. Won't be back.

My 3 year-old decided she needed a haircut and sports clips was able to take us on short notice, and Maya gave my niece an adorable cut. There was a decent line of customers by the time we left, so you should be sure to schedule online. Thank you!

I get a good haircut here but truthfully, it's pricey for what it is. $26 for a basic cut is on the high side.

One need a quick lineup for funeral I was attending. I walked in and the Barber Was kind enough to accommodate me on a whim. I was very thankful the staff squeezed me in because I just turned away by their one of their competitor.

Devyn is great! I received the best haircuts from her when I was Ohio for a few months. I miss my visits with her.

Horrible service didn’t know what they where doing didn’t even clean hair off my mans neck and the girl was very rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable did even cut his hair the same link charged 20 and had to go across the street to super cuts to get hair finished

I've been to this Sport Clips dozens of times now, and I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've walked out with any measure of disappointment. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, although I don't know that I've ever seen the same people working there twice. Prices are competitive for the speed and quality of service. I typically just stick to the haircut, but their MVP package is excellent when I feel like treating myself. And they have a half dozen TVs playing sports. Can't really be beat!

Horrible wait. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait. It took 1.5 hours for a mediocre overpriced haircut. Will never be back

This was my second time to Sport Clips, the first time was years ago. This was my second haircut of 2020, so it was getting out of hand. First off I called ahead just to see what's up and the wait time and I was told about 20 minutes, not bad. I get there and get checked in and right away Sarah took me back. She asked what I wanted and I told her the style and I also wanted the MVP. She cut my hair perfectly and was extremely friendly and fun to talk with. After the cut she took me back for the MVP, it was amazing. 100% relaxed and calming. After everything while checking out I asked about military/ veterans discount, which they have so that was a plus. 10/10 Will for sure be back again. S/O to Sarah she was great will ask for her next time too.

They completely buzzed my son's hair with no fade no style when his hair started off really long. When he was upset about the haircut the girl hid in the back to have the manager bring him up front. Worst customer service ever! Son doesn't even want to go to school. Worst hair cut ever!

I said I wanted a little off the tops and sides and the lady cutting my hair pretty much gave me a buzz cut. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. I will not be back.

Well the girl cutting my hair didnt tell me she was brand new cut my hair to about a half inch when i asked for two inches left on top because im balding. After she "finished" she decided to texture my hair which you shouldnt do to someone who is already thinning. Lastly when she called over her manager she lied to her about what i asked for as a hair cut. I left feedback through their email and was told they would respond to my dilemma. I was nice and tipped good but since management couldn't reach out to me ill just leave this here so everyone can see how shotty they are

The facility and the stylist were very nice - really enjoyed having the large TVs throughout to pass the time while waiting for them to clean and disinfect everything after the last guest. The haircut itself though was horribly done - looking in the mirror at home the next day I could see the sideburns were uneven by more than a fingertip, the front hairline was all over the place, nothing was blended well, and everything just looked like it didn’t go together. If I’m noticing them in the mirror anyone else will be able to notice as well. Ultimately will have to go elsewhere to get everything fixed. I don’t recommend going here unless you want something very simple like a buzz cut.

I always enjoy my experience at Sports Clips. Jaslyn was a wonderful person to deal with. She was a very professional, sanitary, and friendly person. I also really enjoy Sarah H! She’s another legend! This place is great!

It is a little expensive, but they are really nice and, for me, it is a good haircut. I always get the MVP and recommend it.

Enjoy coming here, have been for a long while, only one issue, the waiting room is like an oven. Perhaps some tint shade on the windows. The glare seems like it is an issue for the stylists as well.

I said quarter of a inch off the top and she (mara) or whatever. My hair was originally down to my nose I said quarter of a inch of the top and she cuts of my hair about an centimeter away from my hairline. Then said take a 2 on the sides and she said well how about a 1 and i said no a 2 she said lets compromise on a 1 and a half? Me no a 2. Took her longer to argue with me then it did to cut my hair 3 minutes if you were wondering.
