Checked in online- got to store when I was told to and they cancelled my appointment and told me I would have to wait another 35 minutes. Place is a joke

Would definitely NOT recommend this place. Had to come back after realizing one side of my hair was over an inch longer than the other. Have been coming here for a while now.

It's been a while since I been here but I haven't forgotten the poor quality haircut I received and how I was treated when I was unhappy with it. I wouldn't recommend this location.

The MVP haircuts are great, especially the hot towel on the face with a shampoo scalp message.

Was new to town and I needed a haircut. Sidney took me in and was very polite to ask how I like to have my hair style. Her customer service was great and she had a smile all the time!

MVP for the win. They spend a few extra minutes on your and it shows. Better haircut, better service. With the extra money.

I arrived at 7: 15 PM.

Person was very rude and told me they were booked out. No one was waiting in the lobby, and no one was on the electronic board checked in and waiting.

There was no reason I couldn’t have been served.

The sign on the door says closed at 8pm and Sundays.

Usually people are pretty nice, but this warranted a poor review, especially after driving across town.

Good men's haircuts, cost is at the upper end for sure and app you need to use to initially check in usually underestimates your wait time, meaning you most likely show up and wait 15 minutes or more.

Absolute worst service I have ever had. DO NOT GO! Most stylist don't know the difference between a high and a low fade. My last experience after a very lengthy waiting period my name was called. I asked for a high fade which is a very typical military haircut. I asked her multiple times to go higher and still ended up with a medium fade at best. Their supposed wait times are absolutely a lie. I've never waited for less than half an hour.even when the website says your wait time is 3 minutes. Today I went in for a cut simply because the only stylist in the Perrysburg location that knows what a high fade is was working. I walked in and it said there was no wait for her specifically and that I was next on deck.well that wasn't true, someone else sat down in the waiting area after I did and he was called next and my status that said "next on deck" changed to 16 minute wait. I was livid. I confronted her and said what the hell just happened? She said sorry you were next in line for me specifically but he was next in line for the next first available. Meanwhile 3 inexperienced looking, cackling, snarling, playing on their phones stylist dismissed themselves to the back room. Must have suddenly been all their break times at once. Anyone of them could have taken the man "in front" of me. Horrible management horrible customer service and unskilled stylist. I will not be back. I encourage anyone reading this not to go. I have contacted their corporate office, given dates times and names. And I will not stop pursuing until at the bear minimum I get an apology

I didn't go here, but bought my uncle a mvp gift certificate for his birthday. He likes to get the warm towel on his face with the haircut. I included a tip for the stylist also. The girls are very nice in here. Nice gift idea for any guy or girl.

I have been a regular to this location since they opened many years ago. Initially, the quality of the haircuts and staff were pretty good. I could get a decent haircut from here almost every visit. Now, I would be lucky to get a good haircut 1 out of every 10 times of going here. The quality of the staff has decreased substantially while the cost of the haircut has gone up quite a bit as well. Overall, just a disappointing experience time and time again.

The short girl with the nose piercing that worked on 3/10 butchered my husband's head and hair. What a disgrace. She should be embarrassed. She should lose her hair cutting certification. I get that sports clip is the fast food of "hair salons" but basic hair knowledge should still be required like remembering to put the guard on.

Had good experience with kids hair once but after that every time they have ruined their hair. After given details instructions they still mess up the hair. My kids cry on the way back home because of bad hair cut. They are expert for cutting hair with trimmer but horrible with scissors. Never going back to them.

When I checked in, the app said there was a 0 min wait. After waiting 30 mins our names disappeared off the list. When I asked what was going on and how long the wait was going to be, the worker was rude and acted like it was my fault.

Only got a good haircut here once, maybe twice, out of I'd say, 10 tries. Feel like a number. Quick haircut and out the door. Usually, I have to go home and cut the hair left behind my ears and trim pieces here and there. The last trip was the last trip there.
