Sport Clips Haircuts of Sandusky

We went and checked in.we proceeded to sit there for over an hour nobody said a word or acknowledged us.people walked in after us who weren’t checked in online they took them and let us and the other person sit there with no clue what was going on.one girl got done with a haircut and sat in a chair and disappeared.the other one got done with her client and sat down and walked around very slowly and cleaned up her station slowly so she could get the client she wanted.one person walked in and just went back skipped the line and got a haircut.

100% wouldn’t recommend going.

I would NOT recommend the Sandusky location. My teen got a haircut and decided he did not like it as we were walking out of the shop so we went back inside to see if they could cut some more off. We were told by his stylist, FAITH, that we would need to pay for another complete haircut. No thank you- another $23 for a haircut that he is not happy with is crazy. Any other hair place you can go back a few days later if you are not satisfied as long as you have your receipt and they will fix it for you. They were NOT busy- no one was waiting for a haircut and they only had one other customer at the time. I have taken my son to Sportsclips at this location (and PA) before with no problem. I am not sure if this is their corporate policy but it has made me NOT want to ever take my son there again and to be sure all our friends know of the horrible customer service at this location.

I made a mistake. I just filled in a survey and reported a poor experience with an inexperienced stylist. Please disregard the previous survey completed just a few minutes ago. That experience was at a competitor's store NOT this one. I am sorry for the confusion. In the description I wrote about going to a competitor to get the cut fixed.you are the competitor that I went to. Marley did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning up a very messy cut. I have her card and will be returning to Sport Clips for the next cut! Please discard that other survey.

Summer is an artist, as a beautician. She does more then cut hair. She gives individual attention to each client in the chair, takes note of differences in hair types and textures, and is very passionate about her work. She's so nice, pleasant to chat with, and conscientious about her work.

The older blonde woman who cut my son's hair took over 40 minutes to do a simple trim, used a texturing tool on his hair without asking causing it to look frizzy, was overly rough, and cut his hair crooked. She also made comments about his appearance which is rude and unprofessional.

I recently went to the Sports Clips in Sandusky and was pleasantly surprised that the preferences set in Florida were stored. Vicki did an excellent job of explaining my previous settings and making recommendations for a much improved blended style. My wife says it is the best cut that I’ve ever had! I received the MVP TREATMENT and it was worth every penny! I will return.

Expect to wait 2 to 4 times as long as what the wait time says. Don’t step outside for literally a second or they will skip you. Haircuts are below average at best but it’ll cost you. This will be my last time coming here.

Had my hair cut today by Summer, she was very nice and was a perfectionist when it came to cutting my hair. Came out great and would highly recommend her for getting a good job done!

I go here every couple of months and get so much hair shaved from my head it’s insane. Always a pretty decent job. Today I came in wanting to try a burst fade with a v-shape on my neck, which is pretty different from the simple fade I usually get. I get Vicki as my stylist and she looked at the picture I provided and immediately assured me that she can cut it, and it’ll look good on me. And she was right! She was also right about getting an MVP afterward because I was covered in hair when she finished. I’m super happy with the results and I think I’ll be requesting her from now on. I just hope I left a good enough tip considering how much she had to do. Thanks again!

I have gone to this shop plenty of times and it has been good.
Lately it had been getting worse.
My kids hair was absolutely awful.
They didn't know how to fade.
Missed his hard part by about an inch.
Another girl stepped in to try and fix it and then that's when I noticed.
If you do not know how to cut hair for men or boys, you should not work at a place that cuts men's and boys hair.
They're not going to lose any money over not getting my business anymore but we will never return.

An enjoyable, professional experience. Stylist knew their job well and put it into practice.

My son always likes his haircut after she is done. The staff here is always very nice. The online check in is very nice, by the time we get there my son only has a few to no minute wait.

Wow. Didn't see how bad the boys' hair was until we left. It was super uneven and missed a spot or 2.

Always a good experience. Husband loves this place cause they do an amazing job on his beard. The hot towels are a nice touch as well. Will def continue coming here for his hair care!
