Does not communicate well. I was told that I would receive verification of the day he was coming. I needed to move some outdoors furniture first. He came without confirming the day. I received an invoice by text. So, I called and found out that he completed the job. I was not prepared for him to come. I encouraged him to communicate better as I am trying to be patient with him.

This company is amazing. This is the second time we have used them and we couldn't be happier. The first time Brennan showed up on his own in the rain and still completed the job quickly and did excellent work. This time he had the rest of his crew with him. He contacted us saying that they might be late, but they arrived right on time and went to work immediately. They started power washing our house, driveway, sidewalks and our fence in the morning and they were done before noon. Our vinyl siding on our house looks like new and you can see the difference between our sidewalk and our neighbors. We have had other companies tell us that our water pressure was too low and they would have to bring in a water truck for an additional charge, but it has never been an issue for Brennan. His company, Spotless Washing, is reasonably priced, they are respectful of your time, and they are professional. We will never use anyone else.

The crew showed up right on time, asked if there were any questions (apart from what we already asked after they came to estimate the project) and got right to work. They worked so efficiently and we are very impressed with how gorgeous our house, walkway, and driveway turned out.
