Phenomenal care and immaculately clean facility. I would absolutely recommend this teams care and treatment for any looks for assistance!

This place is awful. I can't get my mother out of here quick enough. In 2 days someone has stolen her glasses.clean PJs. Toiletries. And her treats.a full bag of apples.thank God I removed her jewelry.

*******ATTENTION ANYONE WITH LOVED ONES HERE****** I am only giving them a five-star review so that my post is seen I however truly only give them a half a star this is hands down the worst place I have ever sent a loved one my husband had to go there after a hospital stay for rehabilitation he was in there for 5 days before I removed him and
took him somewhere else in that 5 days he not one time was seen by their in house doctor he was in there for COPD stage 5 he was placed on a ventilator at the hospital and had to come there for rehabilitation after so you would think a in-house doctor would have seen him right away and if I ain't mistaken by law they're supposed to within 24 to 48 hours however this was not done my husband's vital signs were not taken daily and I myself went to a nurse telling her he was having a breathing attack it took her 48 minutes to get to him that is not acceptable and they also told us that his medication was missing how does that happen in a facility like this? When he would push the buzzer for a simple glass of water it would take them hours to get it he asked for a blanket because he was cold he never received it I personally will not give this kind of care to my dog let alone a loved one so again if you have a loved one here you might want to get them out pretty quick

My mentally retarded brother was sent here from Cleveland clinic rehab facility for his next step of healing for broken leg, ankle etc. I had to get him to another facility after only 24 hours. This place should be shut down. It took them almost 3 hours to find a plastic urinal. He had to eat his meals on his lap because they couldn't find a bed table. No walker which he needed nor a wheelchair. They tried to put a diaper on him because they were too lazy to get him to the bathroom. Meds were not given properly and he is on time sensitive seizure pills. Wouldn't feed the food to my dog. Talked to many residents there and every one of them had nothing but terrible things to say. Thank God Kingston of Vermilion took him in quickly where he got outstanding care. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!

My great grandparents were at anchor lodge many years ago. I felt they were well taken care of. They were able to put them in the same room, which made them feel more comfortable to live there permanently until they both passed. The staff provided my family help with any needs for my grandparents.

My parents stayed here several years back. The staff was friendly and caring. I loved to take my parents outside the facility, because the view of the Lake was awesome. The facility was always clean and the environment welcoming. Great place.

Friendly staff and attentive. They spend time addressing the needs of the patients. They have spent time answering important questions about their care. Such a warm bubbly atmosphere.

My grandpa was a resident there, and they took very good care of him would definitely recommend anchor lodge to anyone

The experience I had with anchor lodge was amazing. My father was there for a few months until his passing, his nurse was the best of the best, she called me all the time with updates on my father, she went over and beyond. This world needs more nurses like her.

Great place when you need their type of care. Very friendly, professional from the administrator to every one you come across.they are all warm and understanding, helpful and not to mention the beautiful view of the lake.

I am writing to say how impressed I am with the cleanliness of Anchor Lodge. It gives me great comfort knowing that they take pride in their facility. The staff is caring and considerate along with a great physical therapy department that is willing to help each patient with their needs.

Anchor lodge is a nice facility that has a great view of the lake for the residents to watch the sunsets. Nurses and staff are very accommodating.

Excellent rehab team, great views of the lake, housekeeping department managed by a very dedicated team member.

I had the pleasure of visiting Anchor Lodge looking for a placement for a family member. I noticed the clean atmosphere and met some of the staff who made a great impact on my decision to choose this home away from home

Anchor Lodge Nursing Home has great staff, and in a great location & has a great view of the lake!

Anchor Lodge is an amazing place. Some of the staff practically felt like family. They took such good care of several family members of mine over the years as if they were their own. My visits were often and random and I was always greeted warmly. The staff interaction with the residents was always great. Family members always had consistent and direct access to management whenever there were any concerns. A considerable number of the staff have been there 10 plus years and have come to do their jobs extremely well. I am forever grateful for this place its people and their commitment to the elderly.
